【摘要】：委婉語(yǔ)是人類(lèi)語(yǔ)言中既普遍又復(fù)雜的一種語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象。它是人們?cè)诮浑H過(guò)程中為營(yíng)造和諧氣氛，謀求理想的交際效果，確保語(yǔ)言交際順利進(jìn)行的一種常見(jiàn)的有效的語(yǔ)言形式。當(dāng)然，委婉語(yǔ)的選擇和使用也要受到語(yǔ)境的制約。所以，本文通過(guò)實(shí)地到醫(yī)院調(diào)查醫(yī)院語(yǔ)境下委婉語(yǔ)的使用情況，分析并總結(jié)出醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)的類(lèi)型和醫(yī)用委婉句式，旨在引起學(xué)者對(duì)醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)在臨床中應(yīng)用的重視，探索語(yǔ)言對(duì)患者的心理治療的作用并構(gòu)建和諧的醫(yī)患關(guān)系。 本文在心理學(xué)、語(yǔ)用學(xué)等理論的指導(dǎo)下，結(jié)合前人的研究成果，探討并分析了醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)和醫(yī)用委婉句式的使用情況。接著探討了醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)用策略、醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)的功能，進(jìn)而提出了使用醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)的作用和意義，希望能提升醫(yī)務(wù)人員的言語(yǔ)交際技巧并構(gòu)建和諧的醫(yī)患關(guān)系。全文共分七章： 緒論部分主要介紹了選題的緣由和意義、相關(guān)研究綜述、研究理論和方法。旨在讓讀者了解本選題的價(jià)值。 第一章我們通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)整理，，總結(jié)出醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)的定義，并引入語(yǔ)境這一概念，具體分析醫(yī)院語(yǔ)境，探討在醫(yī)院特定語(yǔ)境中言語(yǔ)交流的特點(diǎn)。 第二章依據(jù)人的心理情感過(guò)程和心理學(xué)應(yīng)激反應(yīng)，對(duì)醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)分成六大類(lèi)，逐一進(jìn)行舉例分析，這些類(lèi)別主要涉及生、老、病、死、性、排泄、某些生理器官和生理現(xiàn)象。 第三章我們經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)地到醫(yī)院考察，收集醫(yī)患言語(yǔ)交際對(duì)話，整理分析出醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)病人及其家屬采用的具有典型性的委婉表達(dá)句，并按照語(yǔ)用功能分成八大類(lèi)。 第四章探討了醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)用策略及誤用委婉語(yǔ)的案例分析和對(duì)策。 第五章分析醫(yī)學(xué)中委婉語(yǔ)的功能，分析其發(fā)揮的作用，從而達(dá)到交際的目的。 第六章分析醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生的原因，重點(diǎn)從社會(huì)心理表現(xiàn)和言語(yǔ)交際需要進(jìn)行闡述。 第七章通過(guò)醫(yī)院語(yǔ)境下委婉語(yǔ)的調(diào)查研究，探討構(gòu)建醫(yī)用委婉語(yǔ)的作用和意義，提高醫(yī)務(wù)人員言語(yǔ)交際的能力，從患者的角度考慮，改善工作方法，提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Euphemism is a common and complicated linguistic phenomenon in human language. It is a common and effective language form in order to create a harmonious atmosphere, to seek the ideal communication effect and to ensure the smooth development of language communication in the process of communication. Of course, the choice and use of euphemism are also restricted by context. Therefore, this paper analyzes and summarizes the types and sentence patterns of medical euphemisms by investigating the use of medical euphemisms in hospital, in order to attract scholars' attention to the clinical application of medical euphemisms. To explore the effect of language on the psychotherapy of patients and to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Under the guidance of psychology, pragmatics and other theories, this paper discusses and analyzes the use of medical euphemism and medical euphemism. Then it discusses the pragmatic strategy of medical euphemism and the function of medical euphemism, and then puts forward the function and significance of using medical euphemism, hoping to improve the communication skills of medical personnel and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. The full text is divided into seven chapters: the introduction mainly introduces the reason and significance of the topic, related research review, research theory and methods. The purpose is to let readers understand the value of this topic. In the first chapter we summarize the definition of medical euphemism through literature review and introduce the concept of context to analyze hospital context and explore the characteristics of verbal communication in hospital specific context. The second chapter divides the medical euphemism into six categories according to the psychological and emotional process and psychological stress response, one by one for example analysis, these categories are mainly related to birth, old, disease, death, sex, excretion, some physiological organs and physiological phenomena. In chapter three, we go to the hospital to investigate, collect the communication dialogue between doctors and patients, analyze the typical euphemism used by medical staff to patients and their families, and divide them into eight categories according to their pragmatic functions. Chapter four discusses the pragmatic strategy of medical euphemism and the case analysis and countermeasures of misuse of euphemism. The fifth chapter analyzes the function of euphemism in medicine and its function in order to achieve the purpose of communication. The sixth chapter analyzes the causes of medical euphemism, focusing on the social psychological performance and verbal communication needs. The seventh chapter discusses the function and significance of constructing medical euphemism through the investigation and study of euphemism in hospital context, improves the medical staff's verbal communication ability, considers from the patient's point of view, improves the working method, enhances the medical service quality.
