【摘要】：系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)派的創(chuàng)始人，韓禮德從話語分析的角度出發(fā)，認(rèn)為隱喻不僅發(fā)生在詞匯層面，也常常發(fā)生在語法層面，首先提出了語法隱喻的概念。語法隱喻的提出為隱喻的研究開辟了一個(gè)新的領(lǐng)域。系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)認(rèn)為人類借助語義系統(tǒng)來識(shí)解經(jīng)驗(yàn)是一種主觀過程。在言語實(shí)踐中，發(fā)話者的觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度必然通過語篇中的各種詞匯語法手段體現(xiàn)出來。本文試圖通過對(duì)西方主流媒體對(duì)上海世博會(huì)的報(bào)道中各類語法隱喻的評(píng)價(jià)性功能進(jìn)行分析，探討報(bào)道者如何通過這種特殊的語言手段傳達(dá)其隱藏的意識(shí)形態(tài)，進(jìn)而揭示出西方主流媒體對(duì)中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)，政治和社會(huì)的發(fā)展持何種態(tài)度以及報(bào)道者如何通過語法隱喻達(dá)到語篇的目的。 本研究在剖析目前的語篇分析理論的利弊之后，，以系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)的理論為基礎(chǔ)，重新構(gòu)建了一個(gè)新的理論框架，從概念功能、人際功能和語篇功能三個(gè)方面對(duì)選取的語料中的語法隱喻進(jìn)行分析，在它的背后暗含著發(fā)話者及其所代表的機(jī)構(gòu)或群體的整體意識(shí)形態(tài)。在政治新聞?wù)Z篇中，語法隱喻是實(shí)現(xiàn)其本質(zhì)屬性不可或缺的手段。政治新聞往往體現(xiàn)了他所代表的統(tǒng)治群體的意識(shí)形態(tài)和話語權(quán)力。最終探討各種類型的語法隱喻在政治新聞?wù)Z篇中所反映或蘊(yùn)含的意識(shí)形態(tài)及其語篇的評(píng)價(jià)功能。 希望通過本項(xiàng)研究，一方面可以豐富語法隱喻理論和拓寬語篇評(píng)價(jià)的研究領(lǐng)域；另一方面，也可以為批判性的閱讀政治新聞?wù)Z篇提供一套切實(shí)可行的分析手段，幫助讀者揭示政治語篇所隱含的意識(shí)形態(tài)以及它所代表的機(jī)構(gòu)的價(jià)值體系。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of discourse analysis, Halliday, the founder of the School of systemic functional language, argues that metaphor occurs not only at the lexical level, but also at the grammatical level. The introduction of grammatical metaphor opens up a new field for the study of metaphor. Systematic functional linguistics holds that it is a subjective process for human beings to interpret experience by means of semantic system. In the practice of speech, the speaker's viewpoint and attitude must be reflected by various lexical and grammatical means in the discourse. This paper attempts to analyze the evaluative function of various grammatical metaphors in the coverage of the Shanghai World Expo by the mainstream western media, and to explore how the reporter conveys his hidden ideology through this special linguistic means. It also reveals the attitude of the western mainstream media towards the economic, political and social development of China and how the reporter can achieve the purpose of the text through grammatical metaphor. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current theories of discourse analysis, this study reconstructs a new theoretical framework based on the theory of systemic functional linguistics. This paper analyzes the grammatical metaphors in the selected corpus from the three aspects of interpersonal function and textual function, which implies the overall ideology of the speaker and the organization or group represented by the speaker. In political news discourse, grammatical metaphor is an indispensable means to realize its essential attribute. Political news often embodies the ideology and discourse power of the ruling group he represents. Finally, it discusses the ideology reflected or implied by various grammatical metaphors in political news discourse and its evaluation function. It is hoped that this study can enrich grammatical metaphor theory and broaden the research field of discourse evaluation, on the other hand, it can provide a set of practical analytical means for critical reading of political news discourses. To help readers reveal the ideology implied in political discourse and the value system of the institutions it represents.
