【摘要】：翻譯不僅僅是雙語交際,更是一種跨文化交流;翻譯一般由強勢文化向弱勢文化輸入。在輸入的過程中,由于讀者及譯者認(rèn)知的差異,譯者發(fā)揮主觀能動性,不可避免地在翻譯的過程中,會對作品進行一些改寫:大到文化心理意識形態(tài),小到字、詞、句的改寫,以此來迎合強勢文化的認(rèn)知認(rèn)同。本文從認(rèn)知語言學(xué)的角度,分析了處于弱勢文化地位的《紅樓夢》及《駱駝祥子》翻譯到處于強勢文化地位的英語,譯者往往采用歸化策略,對作品認(rèn)知上的差異之處做出改動,以迎合滿足強勢文化的認(rèn)知需求。
[Abstract]:Translation is not only bilingual communication, but also cross-cultural communication. In the process of input, due to the different cognition between the reader and the translator, the translator exerts his subjective initiative and inevitably rewrites the works in the process of translation: from the cultural psychological ideology to the rewriting of words, words and sentences. In order to cater to the strong culture of cognitive identity. From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, this paper analyzes the translation of A Dream of Red Mansions and Xiangzi Locke into English in a strong cultural position, and the translator often adopts a domestication strategy. To meet the cognitive needs of strong culture, changes are made to the cognitive differences of works.
