法語聯(lián)盟教學發(fā)展對漢語國際教育海外推廣的啟示

【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟一體化和通訊技術信息化的背景下,隨著中國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,中國在國際社會的地位和影響力日益加強,向全世界推廣漢語和傳播中國文化的戰(zhàn)略需求也日益突顯。世界上許多國家都把本民族的語言傳播和推廣作為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和文化交流的一項重要的戰(zhàn)略措施,如法國法語聯(lián)盟、德國歌德學院等語言文化傳播機構,在本民族語言文化傳播上都取得了成功的經(jīng)驗,很值得漢語國際傳播決策者和從業(yè)者借鑒。本文以法語聯(lián)盟為藍本,在認真分析法語聯(lián)盟海外發(fā)展經(jīng)驗的基礎上,對漢語國際教育尤其是孔子學院的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題進行探討,對中國的漢語國際教育在發(fā)展模式、教育教學、教材編寫、教師培養(yǎng)、學校建設等方面提出相應的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global economic integration and communication technology informatization, with the rapid development of China's economy, China's position and influence in the international community are increasingly strengthened. The strategic need to promote Chinese and spread Chinese culture around the world is also increasingly prominent. Many countries in the world regard the dissemination and promotion of their own languages as an important strategic measure for economic development and cultural exchanges, such as the French French Union, the German Goethe Institute and other institutions for the dissemination of language and culture. Successful experience has been gained in the communication of Chinese language and culture, which is worthy of reference by decision-makers and practitioners of Chinese international communication. Based on the analysis of the overseas development experience of the French-speaking Union, this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of the international Chinese education, especially the Confucius Institute, and discusses the mode of the development of the Chinese international education in China. Education and teaching, textbook compilation, teacher training, school construction and other aspects of the corresponding suggestions and suggestions.
