【摘要】：名物化在各類語篇尤其是在書面語篇中大量存在并起著多種功能。名物化在法律語篇中的應(yīng)用也十分廣泛。法律語篇通常指法律、法規(guī)、條例、協(xié)議、判決等法律界通用的書面語言。國內(nèi)外有關(guān)名詞化隱喻的研究主要集中于名物化隱喻在各類語篇中的體現(xiàn)及其與語篇正式程度的關(guān)系，而從系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)視角探討法律語篇中的名物化隱喻的研究并不多。本文擬從韓禮德的語法隱喻理論視角出發(fā)，對名物化在各類語篇中的分類及其功能：概念功能、人際功能和語篇功能進行研究。在概念功能方面，名物化可以減少語篇的主觀性；在人際功能方面，名物化可以增加語篇的可信性；在語篇功能方面，名物化可以使法律語篇更加準(zhǔn)確、客觀。在此基礎(chǔ)上，，本文試探討名物化隱喻在法律語篇中的特點和作用，翻譯英漢法律語篇中的名物化隱喻所遇到的問題，以及將名物化隱喻應(yīng)用于法律語篇中存在的問題，以期更好地理解和從總體上把握名物化隱喻現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Nominalization exists in a large number of texts, especially in written texts, and plays a variety of functions. Nominalization is also widely used in legal discourse. Legal discourse usually refers to the written language of the legal profession, such as laws, regulations, agreements, judgments, etc. The research on nominalization metaphor at home and abroad mainly focuses on the embodiment of nominalization metaphor in all kinds of discourse and its relationship with the formal degree of discourse, but there are few researches on nominalization metaphor in legal discourse from the perspective of systemic functional linguistics. From the perspective of Halliday's grammatical metaphor theory, this paper attempts to study the classification and functions of nominalization in various discourses: conceptual function, interpersonal function and textual function. In the aspect of conceptual function nominalization can reduce the subjectivity of discourse; in interpersonal function nominalization can increase the credibility of discourse; in the aspect of textual function nominalization can make legal discourse more accurate and objective. On this basis, this paper attempts to explore the characteristics and functions of nominalization metaphor in legal discourse, the problems encountered in translating nominalization metaphor in legal discourse, and the problems in applying nominalization metaphor to legal discourse. In order to better understand and grasp the nominalization metaphorical phenomenon.
