【摘要】：本文分析了泰國政府及職能部門自上而下的頂層設(shè)計對漢語在泰國的快速健康傳播所起的作用,并對語言傳播的頂層設(shè)計進(jìn)行了界定。以越南、緬甸為例,說明頂層設(shè)計的缺失會影響漢語傳播的效率和效果。泰國的實踐經(jīng)驗對其它國家的漢語傳播有重要的啟示意義:頂層設(shè)計為漢語傳播制定出整體性戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,具有自上而下的統(tǒng)領(lǐng)作用,但它要有可操控性,保證執(zhí)行力度,才能達(dá)到預(yù)期的整體效應(yīng),推動漢語的高效傳播。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the effect of top-down top-level design of Thai government and functional departments on the rapid and healthy spread of Chinese in Thailand, and defines the top-level design of language communication. Taking Vietnam and Myanmar as examples, it is shown that the lack of top-level design will affect the efficiency and effectiveness of Chinese communication. The practical experience of Thailand has important implications for Chinese communication in other countries: the top-level design has a holistic strategic plan for Chinese communication, with a top-down command function, but it must be controllable to ensure the strength of implementation. In order to achieve the expected overall effect, promote the efficient spread of Chinese.
