中職導(dǎo)游專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生口語(yǔ)交際能力的培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:口語(yǔ)交際是人們相互聯(lián)系,相互合作的一種手段和方式。導(dǎo)游職業(yè)口語(yǔ)是導(dǎo)游與游客之間交流思想、表達(dá)感情、進(jìn)行講解、指導(dǎo)游覽、傳播文化的交際手段。導(dǎo)游人員作為旅游業(yè)的形象大使,最重要的基礎(chǔ)就是要與游客從感情上進(jìn)行良好的溝通交流。 中職導(dǎo)游專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生要適應(yīng)將來(lái)導(dǎo)游工作崗位,就必須進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)交際訓(xùn)練,掌握職業(yè)口語(yǔ)的技巧和方法,以提高自己的口語(yǔ)交際能力。近幾年,雖然人們對(duì)口語(yǔ)交際能力的重要性在認(rèn)識(shí)上有所提高,我國(guó)的口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)也已引起社會(huì)和教育專(zhuān)家的關(guān)注,不少一線的語(yǔ)文教師也在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中進(jìn)行探索研究,但是,由于缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論指導(dǎo)、教師素質(zhì)的限制等因素的影響,與國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)目前的口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)還處在低效狀態(tài),沒(méi)有取得令人滿意的教學(xué)效果。 本論文采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法和案例分析法來(lái)探索中職生口語(yǔ)交際能力的培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題。論文主要由四部分組成:一、前言:包括背景和中外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;二、中職導(dǎo)游專(zhuān)業(yè)口語(yǔ)教學(xué)的意義;三、中職導(dǎo)游專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生口語(yǔ)交際能力的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和原因分析,以中職導(dǎo)游專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,尋找其影響因素;四、中職導(dǎo)游專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生口語(yǔ)交際能力培養(yǎng)的方法,突出在聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力、心理素質(zhì)、思維品質(zhì)等方面的訓(xùn)練,根據(jù)專(zhuān)業(yè)特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行職場(chǎng)模擬、舉辦文化禮儀演講大賽、創(chuàng)設(shè)條件參與實(shí)踐。 作為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的一名語(yǔ)文教師,在10多年的教學(xué)中,對(duì)學(xué)生就業(yè)的需求有更多的了解,,能認(rèn)識(shí)到口語(yǔ)交際能力對(duì)學(xué)生的重要性。通過(guò)研究,探尋適合中職語(yǔ)文口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)行之有效的方法,確實(shí)提高學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)交際能力,希望為推動(dòng)中職語(yǔ)文教學(xué)改革工作提供一點(diǎn)有益的參考。
[Abstract]:Oral communication is a means and way for people to communicate and cooperate with each other. The professional oral language of tour guide is a communicative means of exchanging ideas, expressing feelings, explaining, guiding tour and spreading culture between tour guide and tourist. As the image ambassador of tourism, the most important foundation of tour guide is to communicate with tourists emotionally. In order to adapt to the post of tour guide in secondary vocational school, the students must conduct oral communication training and master the skills and methods of professional oral communication in order to improve their oral communication ability. In recent years, although people have improved their understanding of the importance of oral communication competence, the teaching of oral communication in our country has also attracted the attention of social and educational experts, and many front-line Chinese teachers have also carried out explorations and studies in teaching practice. However, due to the lack of systematic theoretical guidance and the limitation of teachers' quality, compared with the developed countries, the oral communication teaching in our country is still in a state of low efficiency and has not achieved satisfactory teaching results. This paper uses questionnaire, literature, interview and case analysis to explore the cultivation of secondary vocational students' oral communicative competence. The thesis mainly consists of four parts: first, preface: including the background and the present situation of the development of Chinese and foreign; second, the meaning of oral teaching of guide major in secondary vocational school; third, the investigation and cause analysis of the students' oral communication ability of guide major in secondary vocational school. Taking the students majoring in tour guides in secondary vocational school as the research object and looking for the influencing factors, fourth, the methods of cultivating the oral communication ability of the students majoring in tour guides in the secondary vocational school, highlighting the training in the aspects of listening and speaking ability, psychological quality, thinking quality and so on, according to the professional characteristics, Conduct workplace simulation, cultural etiquette speech contest, create conditions to participate in practice. As a Chinese teacher in secondary vocational school, in more than 10 years of teaching, we can understand more about the needs of students' employment and realize the importance of oral communication ability to students. Through the research, this paper explores the effective methods of oral communication teaching in secondary vocational school, and improves the students' oral communication ability, hoping to provide some useful reference for promoting the reform of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school.
