論中等職業(yè)教育導(dǎo)游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)的改進(jìn)

【摘要】:語文是中職學(xué)生必修的一門重要的基礎(chǔ)文化課程,對學(xué)生打好文化基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行“聽、說、讀、寫”能力的訓(xùn)練與運(yùn)用具有積極的作用。但現(xiàn)實(shí)教學(xué)的情況卻常常是:老師不愛教,學(xué)生不愛學(xué),家長也覺得沒什么用處。其實(shí)仔細(xì)分析語文教學(xué)的人文性、工具性,就會發(fā)現(xiàn)語文教學(xué)對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用專業(yè)知識有極好的輔助作用。以導(dǎo)游專業(yè)為例,學(xué)生的職業(yè)品質(zhì)能力、職業(yè)知識能力和職業(yè)技能三個(gè)方面的能力培養(yǎng)都可以在語文學(xué)習(xí)中找到很好的契合點(diǎn);語文對學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的形成與提高起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用。但要實(shí)現(xiàn)語文這門基礎(chǔ)課程為專業(yè)課程服務(wù)的這一目的,語文教學(xué)中的教師、教材、教法和評價(jià)等都必須進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)。 本論文從導(dǎo)游從業(yè)人員職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的角度出發(fā),分析改進(jìn)中職導(dǎo)游專業(yè)語文教學(xué)的可行性,尋求其能力培養(yǎng)與語文教育的共同之處,,探討一種更為實(shí)用的教學(xué)方式,力求扭轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)生的語文學(xué)習(xí)觀念,激發(fā)其學(xué)習(xí)興趣,牢固其文化基礎(chǔ),使他們能成為高素質(zhì)的導(dǎo)游從業(yè)者和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的生力軍。
[Abstract]:Chinese is an important basic culture course for secondary vocational school students. It plays a positive role in the training and application of students' ability of "listening, speaking, reading and writing". But the reality of teaching is often: teachers do not love to teach, students do not love to learn, parents also think of little use. In fact, if we carefully analyze the humanism and instrumentality of Chinese teaching, we will find that Chinese teaching has an excellent auxiliary effect on students' learning and application of professional knowledge. Take the guide specialty as an example, the student's professional quality ability, the occupation knowledge ability and the occupation skill ability cultivation all can find the very good agreement point in the Chinese study; Chinese plays a positive role in the formation and improvement of students' professional ability. However, in order to achieve the purpose of serving the professional course as a basic course, the teachers, teaching materials, teaching methods and evaluation in Chinese teaching must be improved accordingly. From the angle of professional ability training of tour guides, this paper analyzes the feasibility of improving the Chinese teaching of tour guides in secondary vocational schools, seeks for the common points between the ability training and Chinese education, and probes into a more practical teaching method. This paper tries to change students' Chinese learning concept, stimulate their interest in learning, strengthen their cultural foundation, and enable them to become high-quality tour guides and the new force in the development of tourism industry.
