【摘要】：商業(yè)計劃書是一份全方位的項目計劃,其主要意圖是遞交給投資商,以便于他們能對企業(yè)或項目做出評價,從而使企業(yè)獲得融資。商業(yè)計劃書寫作的直接目的是為了尋找戰(zhàn)略合作者或者風險投資人。而對于一個發(fā)展中的企業(yè)來說,專業(yè)的商業(yè)計劃書既是尋找投資的必備材料,也是企業(yè)對自身的現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略全面思索和重新定位的過程。商業(yè)計劃書的篇幅要根據(jù)企業(yè)的自身情況而定,既不能過于繁瑣面面俱到,也不能過于簡單忽略重點。 在中國入世之后,商業(yè)計劃書已經(jīng)成為常用經(jīng)濟文書中很重要的一類文書,研究商業(yè)計劃書的寫作方法具有較重要的現(xiàn)實意義,寫好商業(yè)計劃書對于寫作其他經(jīng)濟文書能起到觸類旁通的作用。目前有很多文章介紹商業(yè)計劃書的寫作,但是大部分都偏重于從實際經(jīng)驗的積累角度出發(fā)的定性陳述,而弱于從多學(xué)科綜合視角出發(fā),站在理論高度進行梳理與總結(jié)。本文在研究大量商業(yè)計劃書的基礎(chǔ)上對商業(yè)計劃書的寫作過程與方法進行了梳理與完善。 本文分為四部分展開。第一部分介紹商業(yè)計劃書寫作研究的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題。第二部分概述了商業(yè)計劃書寫作的理念與原則,第三部分是本文的研究重點,主要對商業(yè)計劃書的摘要、主體等部分內(nèi)容的寫作方法進行了深入的分析。第四部分為對商業(yè)計劃書的展望。
[Abstract]:A business plan is a comprehensive project plan whose main intention is to submit it to investors so that they can evaluate the enterprise or project so that the enterprise can obtain financing. The direct purpose of writing a business plan is to find strategic partners or venture capitalists. For a developing enterprise, a professional business plan is not only a necessary material for investment, but also a process for enterprises to think and reposition their current situation and future development strategy. The length of a business plan should be based on the company's own circumstances and should not be too cumbersome or too simple to ignore. After China's entry into WTO, the business plan has become one of the most important economic documents in common use, so it is of great practical significance to study the writing method of the business plan. Writing a good business plan can serve as an analogy in writing other economic documents. At present, there are many articles introducing the writing of business plan, but most of them are focused on the qualitative statement from the perspective of accumulation of practical experience, but weaker than from the perspective of multi-disciplinary synthesis, combing and summing up from the perspective of theory. Based on the study of a large number of business plans, this paper combs and perfects the writing process and methods of business plans. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the current situation and existing problems of business plan writing. The second part summarizes the business plan writing ideas and principles, the third part is the focus of this paper, mainly on the business plan abstract, the main part of the writing methods of in-depth analysis. The fourth part is the prospect of the business plan.
