【摘要】：千百年來一直圍繞翻譯研究探討的忠實(shí)問題就是一種傳統(tǒng)意義上的翻譯倫理研究�！白g作是否忠實(shí)于原作？”“譯作是否忠實(shí)于原作者？”的問題一直是翻譯研究探討的核心。隨著語言學(xué)逐漸滲透到翻譯研究領(lǐng)域，研究學(xué)者開始從語言學(xué)的角度對(duì)翻譯過程進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的描述，詳細(xì)規(guī)定出翻譯的全過程并用以指導(dǎo)翻譯實(shí)踐。無論是道安的“案本”，嚴(yán)復(fù)的“信”、“達(dá)”、“雅”，還是泰特勒的“翻譯三原則”，，無不體現(xiàn)出譯者對(duì)翻譯活動(dòng)行為的規(guī)定性。隨著政治、文化背景下的權(quán)力、擺布、性別等問題漸漸浮出水面，規(guī)定性翻譯研究弊端及局限逐漸凸顯，翻譯研究因此從規(guī)定性轉(zhuǎn)向描述性，開始從文本操縱、性別政治、意識(shí)形態(tài)等方面入手，以多元的視角來解構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)的忠實(shí)觀，從而引導(dǎo)翻譯研究走向更為廣闊的社會(huì)文化層面。在這樣的研究背景下，翻譯倫理問題探討的回歸是非常重要的。 在“倫理回歸”的潮流中，國(guó)內(nèi)外諸多學(xué)者相繼提出了各自的翻譯倫理觀。其中最具代表性和系統(tǒng)性的是安德魯·切斯特曼根據(jù)以往翻譯倫理研究總結(jié)出的五大翻譯倫理模式。該五大翻譯倫理模式代表著目前翻譯倫理研究的五個(gè)基本方向，打破了傳統(tǒng)翻譯倫理研究對(duì)“忠實(shí)”討論的局限，并且拓寬和加深了對(duì)翻譯倫理問題的認(rèn)識(shí)。但是，各模式之間存在相應(yīng)的局限與缺陷。因此，作者將在分析五大翻譯倫理模式的局限及切斯特曼解決方案不足的基礎(chǔ)上，通過結(jié)合萊斯的文本類型理論和紐馬克的翻譯方法論對(duì)切斯特曼倫理模式進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充和改進(jìn)。 本文一共分為5個(gè)章節(jié)。引言部分介紹本文的研究背景及研究問題； 章節(jié)2是翻譯倫理研究的大致介紹。內(nèi)容包括：倫理的定義、翻譯倫理研究回歸、翻譯倫理的研究范圍、以及翻譯倫理國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究情況； 章節(jié)3主要介紹并分析切斯特曼五大翻譯倫理模式。分析部分包括該五大模式之間及模式本身存在的局限和缺陷、切斯特曼針對(duì)局限提出的解決方案，以及切斯特曼解決方案的分析。 章節(jié)4針對(duì)切斯特曼解決方案的不足，嘗試結(jié)合萊斯的文本類型理論和紐馬克的翻譯方法論提出自己的補(bǔ)充和改進(jìn)； 最后一章結(jié)論部分包含論文的研究成果及研究不足。
[Abstract]:The question of faithfulness, which has been discussed for thousands of years, is a traditional ethical study of translation. "is the translation faithful to the original?" "is the translation faithful to the original author?" The issue of translation has always been the core of translation studies. With the gradual infiltration of linguistics into the field of translation studies, scholars begin to describe the translation process strictly from the perspective of linguistics, define the whole process of translation in detail and use it to guide translation practice. Whether it is Daoan's "copy", Yan Fu's "letter", "Da", "elegance" or Tytler's "three principles of Translation", all of them reflect the translator's prescriptions on translation activities. With the emergence of political, cultural background power, manipulation and gender issues, the disadvantages and limitations of prescriptive translation studies have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, translation studies have shifted from prescriptive to descriptive, from text manipulation to gender politics. Starting with ideology and other aspects, this paper attempts to deconstruct the traditional view of faithfulness from a pluralistic perspective so as to guide translation studies to a broader social and cultural level. In this context, it is very important to explore the return of translation ethics. In the trend of "ethical return", many scholars at home and abroad have put forward their own translation ethics. Among them, the most representative and systematic is Andrew Chesterman's five major ethical models of translation based on the previous studies of translation ethics. The five major translation ethics models represent the five basic directions of the current study of translation ethics, break the limitations of traditional translation ethics studies on "faithfulness", and broaden and deepen the understanding of translation ethics issues. However, there are corresponding limitations and defects among the models. Therefore, the author will analyze the limitations of the five major ethical models of translation and the lack of Chesterman's solutions. By combining Les' text typology theory with Newmark's translation methodology, Chesterman's ethical model is supplemented and improved. This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 2 is an overview of ethical studies in translation. The content includes the definition of ethics, the return of translation ethics research, the scope of translation ethics research, and the research situation of translation ethics both at home and abroad. Chapter 3 introduces and analyzes Chesterman's five major translation ethics models. The analysis section includes the limitations and defects between the five patterns and the patterns themselves, Chesterman's solutions to the limitations, and the analysis of Chesterman's solutions. The last part of the last chapter includes the research results of the thesis and the insufficiency of the research.
