【摘要】：為了適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化時(shí)代需求,能夠更好地提高應(yīng)用文的寫(xiě)作質(zhì)量,進(jìn)而提高政府機(jī)關(guān)的辦事效率,不斷滿足網(wǎng)絡(luò)化時(shí)代人們的心理和工作需求,本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理、分析和總結(jié),并將實(shí)際收集到的機(jī)關(guān)例文與理論相結(jié)合,對(duì)應(yīng)用文的易讀性進(jìn)行深入研究。 本文以搜集到的基層實(shí)際公文為基礎(chǔ),在數(shù)據(jù)匯總、分析歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響應(yīng)用文易讀性的相關(guān)因素,如語(yǔ)言表述方面、寫(xiě)作主體方面、寫(xiě)作受體方面、文種方面、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)方面、文章的結(jié)構(gòu)安排和內(nèi)容的表現(xiàn)形式等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。并分析了這些問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)的原因,主要是應(yīng)用文自身的特點(diǎn)方面、易讀性程式方面、寫(xiě)作受體素質(zhì)缺乏等方面造成的。最后本文給出了提升應(yīng)用文易讀性的方法,分別從圖示理論的角度、詞匯文化內(nèi)涵的角度、提升寫(xiě)作者的寫(xiě)作能力和專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)等角度來(lái)有針對(duì)性地闡述如何提升應(yīng)用文的易讀性。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the needs of the fast rhythm of the networked era, it can improve the writing quality of practical writing better, and then improve the efficiency of the government organs, and constantly meet the psychological and work needs of the people in the networked era. This article combs, analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research literature, and combines the actual collected examples with the theory, and makes a deep research on the readability of the practical articles. This paper is based on the actual official documents collected at the grass-roots level. On the basis of data collection, analysis and induction, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the readability of practical writing, such as language representation, writing subject, writing receptor, language, punctuation, etc. The structure and content of the article are described in detail. The causes of these problems are analyzed, which are mainly caused by the characteristics of practical writing itself, readability programming, and the lack of writing receptor quality. Finally, this paper gives the methods to improve the readability of practical texts, from the perspective of graphic theory and lexical cultural connotation. To improve the writer's writing ability and professional quality, to expound how to improve the readability of practical writing.
