【摘要】：飲食文化是民族文化的重要組成部分，，膳食名稱則在飲食文化交流中起著至關(guān)重要的作用，而膳食名稱的正確翻譯更對(duì)文化的傳播起著積極地推動(dòng)作用。本文從維吾爾傳統(tǒng)膳食名稱、借自漢民族和其他國(guó)家膳食名稱的構(gòu)成方式和翻譯方法，以及膳食名稱翻譯中存在的問題等幾方面對(duì)維吾爾餐館中的膳食名稱進(jìn)行了分析歸納，從而為今后的膳食名稱翻譯提供一些思路和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Diet culture is an important part of national culture, and dietary name plays an important role in the exchange of dietary culture, and the correct translation of dietary name plays an active role in promoting the spread of culture. This paper analyzes and summarizes the dietary names in Uygur restaurants from the aspects of the traditional Uygur dietary names, the composition and translation methods of the dietary names of the Han nationality and other countries, as well as the problems existing in the translation of the dietary names. So as to provide some ideas and reference for the translation of dietary names in the future.
