赴厄漢語教師志愿者困難現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查報(bào)告

【摘要】:本文以厄瓜多爾漢語教師志愿者為調(diào)查對(duì)象,旨在通過調(diào)查、整理、分析志愿者在厄瓜多爾面臨的主要困難,為漢語國際教育專業(yè)研究生培養(yǎng)、志愿者培訓(xùn)和管理工作提供參考依據(jù)。正文分三部分。 第一部分闡述本文的研究背景,選題緣由,說明調(diào)查目的、方法和意義。 第二部分結(jié)合自身經(jīng)歷,從教學(xué),文化傳播,跨文化交際和心理狀態(tài)四個(gè)方面通過訪談、問卷、再訪談,具體了解國漢語教師志愿者所面臨的主要困難。此次調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,①該國漢語教材單一,致使?jié)h語課程設(shè)置不夠完善,漢語教師志愿者教學(xué)任務(wù)繁重,學(xué)生的學(xué)時(shí)難以保障,,教學(xué)效果往往達(dá)不到預(yù)期;②教師志愿者對(duì)少兒漢語教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備不足;③文化傳播模式較為單一,可持續(xù)性不強(qiáng);④社會(huì)治安情況較差,漢語教師志愿者的安全感和防衛(wèi)能力不強(qiáng)。 第三部分以調(diào)查分析結(jié)果為依據(jù),為漢語國際教育研究生培養(yǎng)、志愿者培訓(xùn)和管理工作提供具有針對(duì)性的參考意見。提出:①漢語國際教育碩士專業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)增設(shè)“少兒漢語教學(xué)”作為“漢語作為第二語言教學(xué)”的拓展課程,且須特別重視對(duì)教材編寫能力和教學(xué)資源利用能力的培養(yǎng);②“中華文化傳播”作為漢語國際教育碩士專業(yè)的一門核心課程,應(yīng)當(dāng)加大有關(guān)當(dāng)代中國文化傳播的教學(xué)內(nèi)容;③漢語國際教育專業(yè)研究生培養(yǎng)和志愿者培訓(xùn)工作中應(yīng)當(dāng)增加生存訓(xùn)練,提高漢語教師志愿者安全意識(shí)和防衛(wèi)能力。 本論文是從一名漢語教師志愿者的角度對(duì)赴該國的漢語教師志愿者這一群體展開的調(diào)查研究,分析和建議更加符合這一群體的實(shí)際情況。筆者也希望通過這次調(diào)查,為今后的赴該國的漢語教師志愿者提供幫助,也為促進(jìn)該國國別化漢語研究貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。
[Abstract]:This article takes the volunteer of Ecuadorian Chinese teacher as the object of investigation, aims to analyze the main difficulties that volunteers face in Ecuador through investigation, collation, and training for graduate students majoring in Chinese international education. Volunteer training and management provide reference basis. The text is divided into three parts. The first part describes the research background, the reason of the topic, the purpose, methods and significance of the investigation. In the second part, from the aspects of teaching, cultural communication, cross-cultural communication and psychological state, the author makes a detailed understanding of the main difficulties faced by Chinese teacher volunteers through interviews, questionnaires and interviews. The statistical data of this survey show that the Chinese teaching materials in this country are single, resulting in the Chinese curriculum is not perfect enough, the Chinese teachers' teaching tasks are heavy, the students' study hours are difficult to guarantee, and the teaching effect is often not up to expectations; (2) lack of preparation for the teaching of Chinese for children. (3) lack of cultural communication mode, lack of sustainability and poor social security; lack of sense of security and defense ability of Chinese teacher volunteers. The third part, based on the results of investigation and analysis, provides some suggestions for the postgraduate training, volunteer training and management of Chinese international education. It is suggested that "Children's Chinese Teaching" should be added as an extended course of "Chinese as a second language Teaching" in the Master's major of Chinese International Education, and that special attention should be paid to the cultivation of the ability of compiling teaching materials and the ability of utilizing teaching resources. (2) as a core course of master's degree major in Chinese international education, "Chinese Culture Communication" should increase the teaching content of contemporary Chinese culture communication; (3) the survival training should be increased in the training of postgraduates and volunteers of Chinese international education, and the safety consciousness and defense ability of Chinese teachers should be improved. From the perspective of a Chinese teacher volunteer, this paper makes an investigation and research on the Chinese teacher volunteer in China. The analysis and suggestions are more in line with the actual situation of this group. The author also hopes to provide help for future Chinese teacher volunteers and contribute to the study of the nationalized Chinese language in the country through this survey.
