【摘要】：委婉語(yǔ)的使用是一種禮貌,它可以協(xié)調(diào)人們的關(guān)系和交際活動(dòng)。醫(yī)患對(duì)話中委婉語(yǔ)的正確使用可以緩解醫(yī)患關(guān)系,有利于樹立患者的治療信心。Verschueren的順應(yīng)理論認(rèn)為,使用語(yǔ)言的過(guò)程是語(yǔ)言使用者在不同的意識(shí)程度上進(jìn)行選擇的過(guò)程,而委婉語(yǔ)使用的過(guò)程就是在語(yǔ)言使用中不斷動(dòng)態(tài)地進(jìn)行順應(yīng)的過(guò)程。 本文依據(jù)順應(yīng)論,旨在探究醫(yī)患對(duì)話中的委婉語(yǔ)是如何順應(yīng)交際語(yǔ)境和語(yǔ)言語(yǔ)境的。并具體討論四個(gè)問(wèn)題： 1醫(yī)患對(duì)話中的委婉語(yǔ)是如何順應(yīng)語(yǔ)境因素的呢? 2醫(yī)患對(duì)話中的委婉語(yǔ)與角色以及性別的關(guān)系。 3醫(yī)生為什么在醫(yī)患對(duì)話中選用委婉語(yǔ)?并且為什么使用語(yǔ)境順應(yīng)策略? 4醫(yī)生在面對(duì)不同的病人時(shí),是否使用不同的委婉語(yǔ)?在使用委婉語(yǔ)的過(guò)程中否使用一樣的語(yǔ)境順應(yīng)策略? 通過(guò)分析數(shù)據(jù),本文得出以下結(jié)論： 1委婉語(yǔ)的使用是不斷動(dòng)態(tài)地與語(yǔ)言使用者、心理世界、社交世界和物理世界等交際語(yǔ)境和語(yǔ)言語(yǔ)境相互順應(yīng)的。 2男女兩性在異性對(duì)話中的委婉語(yǔ)使用數(shù)量比在同性對(duì)話中要多,醫(yī)生比患者使用的委婉語(yǔ)多。 3醫(yī)生和患者之間使用委婉語(yǔ),實(shí)際上是維持語(yǔ)言禁忌,協(xié)調(diào)醫(yī)患關(guān)系。這正是對(duì)交際中各種因素的一種動(dòng)態(tài)順應(yīng)。 4醫(yī)生對(duì)待不同的病人使用的委婉方式是不同的,語(yǔ)境順應(yīng)策略也是不同的。 Verschueren的順應(yīng)論給我們提供了一個(gè)很好的理論框架,該理論對(duì)醫(yī)患對(duì)話的委婉語(yǔ)具有非常強(qiáng)的解釋力。
[Abstract]:The use of euphemism is a kind of politeness, it can coordinate people's relations and communication activities. The correct use of euphemism in doctor-patient dialogue can alleviate the doctor-patient relationship and help to build up patients' confidence in treatment. Verschueren's adaptation theory holds that the process of language use is a process in which language users choose at different levels of consciousness. The process of euphemism is the process of dynamic adaptation in language use. Based on adaptation theory, this paper aims to explore how euphemism in doctor-patient dialogue adapts to communicative and linguistic contexts. Four specific issues were discussed: How does the euphemism in doctor-patient dialogue adapt to contextual factors? The relationship between euphemism, role and gender in doctor-patient dialogue. Why do doctors choose euphemism in doctor-patient dialogue? And why use contextual adaptation strategies? Do doctors use different euphemisms when facing different patients? Do we use the same contextual adaptation strategies in the process of using euphemism? By analyzing the data, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) the use of euphemism adapts dynamically to the communicative and linguistic contexts such as language user, mental world, social world and physical world. 2 the number of euphemisms used by both sexes in heterosexual dialogue is more than that in same-sex dialogues, and doctors use more euphemisms than patients. 3 the use of euphemism between doctors and patients is actually to maintain language taboos and coordinate the relationship between doctors and patients. This is a dynamic adaptation to various factors in communication. Doctors use different euphemisms and contextual adaptation strategies for different patients. Verschueren's adaptation theory provides us with a good theoretical framework, which has a strong explanatory power to the euphemism of doctor-patient dialogue.
