【摘要】：英國作家哈葛德的小說Joan Haste在晚清被譯入中國,有蟠溪子的半部譯本《迦因小傳》和林紓的全譯本《迦茵小傳》,這兩個譯本引發(fā)的爭議均圍繞譯本道德話語展開。依照廣義修辭學"話語建構(gòu)-文本建構(gòu)-人的精神建構(gòu)"的分析思路,對勘原著和譯本,對《迦茵小傳》中的道德話語關鍵詞"孝、義、恩、禮"進行描述分析,進而從譯本核心修辭形態(tài)及其成因切入,審視19世紀末中國封建社會窮途末路語境下的林紓,如何通過譯本的修辭設計回應西方話語、重構(gòu)譯本的深層語義。
[Abstract]:The novel Joan Haste of British writer Haggard was translated into China in the late Qing Dynasty. There are half translations of Poon Creek, the biographical works of Gain and Lin Shu, and the whole translation of Jiyin. The controversy between these two versions is all about the moral discourse of the translation. According to the analysis thought of "discourse Construction-text Construction-Man 's spiritual Construction" in the broad rhetoric, this paper describes and analyzes the original works and the translation, and the key words of moral discourse in "filial piety, righteousness, grace and propriety". From the perspective of the core rhetorical form of the translation and its causes, this paper examines Lin Shu in the late 19th century Chinese feudal society, how to respond to the western discourse through the rhetorical design of the translation, and how to reconstruct the deep semantics of the translation.
