【摘要】：本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對一千萬字的中文語料和英漢平行語料中的例句進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計分析，采用多種研究方法，比較了漢英轉(zhuǎn)折句中“但是”、“不過”和“but”在句法、語義和語用方面的差異，并通過漢英轉(zhuǎn)折連詞的對比，總結(jié)了三者在翻譯時需注意的問題。全文共分為五部分： 第一章：說明選題意義、理論基礎(chǔ)、研究方法以及語料來源，較詳細(xì)地介紹了“但是”、“不過”和“but”的研究現(xiàn)狀。 第二章：本章通過考察漢語語料中的大量例句，總結(jié)出“但是”和“不過”的用法特征�！暗恰敝饕脕肀硎巨D(zhuǎn)折，也可表話題轉(zhuǎn)換、補充說明、條件限制和程度提高；表轉(zhuǎn)折時，語義重心在后一分句，后一分句完全否定其前一分句的觀點或事實，結(jié)果跌出預(yù)期，，轉(zhuǎn)折程度較強，表重轉(zhuǎn)，語氣較重。“不過”意在補充、修正或限制，同時也可表示話題轉(zhuǎn)換或用于轉(zhuǎn)折，此時，“不過”的語義重心在前一分句，后一分句不完全或部分否定前一分句的觀點或事實，未跌出預(yù)期，轉(zhuǎn)折程度較弱，表輕轉(zhuǎn)，語氣較委婉。 第三章：本章以英漢平行語料庫中提取的大量例句為基礎(chǔ)，分析了“but”的句法和語用特征，并總結(jié)出“but”作為連詞表轉(zhuǎn)折義時，具有引出新話題、補充說明、信息修正、條件限制和表驚奇或吃驚等語法含義。 第四章：本章在第二和第三章研究的基礎(chǔ)上，將“但是”“不過”和“but”的對比研究落實到翻譯上，提出“但是”“不過”和“but”在互譯時需注意的問題。 第五章：結(jié)語
[Abstract]:On the basis of previous studies, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the sample sentences in the Chinese corpus of 10 million words and the English and Chinese parallel corpus, and compares the syntax of "but", "however" and "but" in Chinese and English transition sentences by using various research methods. The differences between semantics and pragmatics, and the comparison between Chinese and English turning conjunctions, are discussed. The full text is divided into five parts: The first chapter introduces the significance, the theoretical basis, the research methods and the source of the corpus, and introduces in detail the research status of "but", "however" and "but". Chapter two: this chapter summarizes the usage characteristics of "but" and "Dan" by examining a large number of examples in Chinese corpus. "but" is mainly used to denote a turning point, and can also be used to indicate a change of topic, adding that conditions are restricted and the degree of degree is increased. In a turning point, the semantic focus is on the second sentence, and the latter clause completely negates the viewpoint or fact of the former clause. Results fell out of expectation, the degree of transition is strong, table return, tone more heavy. "however" is intended to supplement, modify, or restrict, and may also indicate a change of topic or a turning point, where the semantic focus of "Dan" is on the preceding clause, which does not completely or partially negate the point or fact of the former clause. Chapter three: this chapter analyzes the syntactic and pragmatic features of "but" on the basis of a large number of examples extracted from English and Chinese parallel corpora, and concludes that "but", as a lexical transition, leads to new topics, supplementary explanations, and information corrections.
