【摘要】：伴隨著通訊技術(shù)和交通技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，世界趨于一體化。受全球化影響以及自身社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，中國每年吸引著成千上萬的外國來客。在所有的外國來客中，有一大部分是外國留學(xué)生，并且人數(shù)在不斷增長中。這一現(xiàn)象值得研究并應(yīng)當(dāng)引起重視。 本文的研究對象為在南京高校留學(xué)的60位留學(xué)生。本文借鑒了以往的相關(guān)研究以及跨文化研究領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的一些重要理論，圍繞以下四個(gè)研究目的來對他們的跨文化適應(yīng)狀況進(jìn)行研究和探討。第一，南京高校的外國留學(xué)生的社會文化適應(yīng)，心理適應(yīng)和學(xué)業(yè)的適應(yīng)情況如何；第二，內(nèi)部因素和外部因素是如何影響他們的跨文化適應(yīng)結(jié)果的；第三，南京高校的外國留學(xué)生的跨文適應(yīng)的相似性或普遍性是什么，他們在適應(yīng)過程中遇到的主要困難時(shí)什么；第四，什么措施和方式可以促進(jìn)和幫助他們更好的適應(yīng)在南京高校的學(xué)習(xí)生活。 本研究采取了定量研究和定性研究結(jié)合的方法。本文主要基于Colleen Ward的跨文化適應(yīng)兩分理論，并且借鑒以往研究，采用了問卷和訪談兩種方法來進(jìn)行研究。隨后本文對得到數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了描述性分析，并使用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件SPSS進(jìn)行了信度以及效度檢驗(yàn)，方差分析和相關(guān)性分析。 研究結(jié)果表明，南京高校的外國留學(xué)生在社會文化適應(yīng)和心理適應(yīng)都遇到了不同程度的困難，但總體上問題不大，他們在學(xué)業(yè)適應(yīng)中遇到問題最多。研究也表明，性別、年齡、來源國、來華時(shí)間、出國經(jīng)驗(yàn)、教育背景、性格因素、身份認(rèn)同沖突問題等內(nèi)部因素和文化距離，，文化因素，社會支持等外部因素相互作用，共同影響著南京外國留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of communication technology and transportation technology, the world tends to be integrated. Under the influence of globalization and the rapid development of its own economy, China attracts thousands of foreign visitors every year. A large proportion of all foreign visitors are foreign students, and the number is growing. This phenomenon is worth studying and should be paid attention to. The research object of this paper is 60 foreign students studying in Nanjing universities. This paper draws lessons from previous relevant studies and some important theories in the field of cross-cultural research, and studies and discusses their cross-cultural adaptations around the following four research purposes. First, what are the social and cultural adaptation, psychological adaptation and academic adaptation of foreign students in Nanjing universities; second, how do internal and external factors affect the results of their cross-cultural adaptation; third, What is the similarity or universality of cross-text adaptation of foreign students in Nanjing colleges and universities, and what are the major difficulties they encounter in the process of adaptation; fourth, What measures and ways to promote and help them to better adapt to the study and life in Nanjing University. The method of combining quantitative and qualitative studies is adopted in this study. This paper mainly based on Colleen Ward's theory of cross-cultural adaptation, and draw lessons from previous studies, using questionnaires and interviews to carry out the study. Then the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, and the reliability and validity tests, variance analysis and correlation analysis were carried out by using statistical software SPSS. The results show that the foreign students in Nanjing colleges and universities have met with different degree of difficulties in social and cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation, but on the whole there are not many problems, and they encounter the most problems in their academic adaptation. Studies have also shown that internal factors such as gender, age, country of origin, time of arrival in China, experience abroad, educational background, personality factors, identity conflicts and other external factors, such as cultural distance, cultural factors and social support, interact with each other. Together, it affects the result of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in Nanjing.
