【摘要】:口譯一直在人類(lèi)文明發(fā)展中扮演著很重要的作用?谧g工作促進(jìn)了不同文化之間的人們?cè)谡危?jīng)濟(jì),科學(xué),教育方面的交流。自從中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織以來(lái),中國(guó)在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用,其與國(guó)外的交流也越來(lái)越廣泛?谧g工作的重要性也在這個(gè)過(guò)程中凸顯出來(lái)。然而,社會(huì)對(duì)口譯員的大量需求以及口譯員的嚴(yán)重短缺卻成為一個(gè)不可忽視的問(wèn)題。需求產(chǎn)生市場(chǎng),于是出現(xiàn)了各種各樣培訓(xùn)口譯員的培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)和培訓(xùn)方法。很多大學(xué)也開(kāi)始開(kāi)設(shè)培訓(xùn)課程和培訓(xùn)中心,希望能夠培養(yǎng)出滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)需求的口譯員。 作為一種特殊的心智活動(dòng),口譯與其他專(zhuān)業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)一樣,需要具備良好的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)。但是由于從事口譯教學(xué)的不少老師并未接受過(guò)系統(tǒng)的翻譯師資培訓(xùn),口譯實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺,很多教師把口譯課當(dāng)作口語(yǔ)課或精讀課上,大多數(shù)口譯課停留在語(yǔ)言教學(xué)的層次上。而學(xué)習(xí)口譯的學(xué)生素質(zhì)也良莠不齊,學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不夠端正,學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)不明確。畢業(yè)后大多學(xué)生都不能進(jìn)行實(shí)際的口譯工作。為了解決這一問(wèn)題,,就需要研究一個(gè)合格的口譯員到底需要具備什么樣的素質(zhì),以及我國(guó)的培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)和高校要如何才能培養(yǎng)出合格的口譯員。 本文主要通過(guò)精力分配模式看譯員在進(jìn)行口譯任務(wù)時(shí)需要具備哪些素質(zhì),并據(jù)此討論我國(guó)口譯教學(xué)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,最后提出了改進(jìn)教學(xué)的建議。
[Abstract]:Interpretation has always played an important role in the development of human civilization. Interpretation promotes communication among different cultures in political, economic, scientific and educational fields. Since China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), China has played an increasingly important role in the international arena, and its exchanges with foreign countries have become more and more extensive. The importance of interpreting is also highlighted in this process. However, the large demand for interpreters and the serious shortage of interpreters have become a problem that can not be ignored. Demand has created a market, and a variety of training institutions and training methods for interpreters have emerged. Many universities are also offering training courses and training centers, hoping to produce interpreters to meet market demand. As a special mental activity, interpretation, like other professional skills training, needs good professional accomplishment. However, as many teachers who are engaged in interpreting teaching have not received systematic translation teacher training and lack of actual experience in interpreting, many teachers regard interpreting as oral or intensive reading, most of which remain at the level of language teaching. The quality of students learning interpretation is also mixed, learning attitude is not correct, learning goals are not clear. After graduation, most students are unable to carry out actual interpretation work. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to study what qualities a qualified interpreter should possess, and how the training institutions and universities in our country can train qualified interpreters. Based on the mode of energy distribution, this paper analyzes the qualities that interpreters need to possess in interpreting tasks, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of interpreting teaching in China, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching.
