【摘要】：一個旨在解釋各種交際現(xiàn)象的交際理論不但應(yīng)能夠解釋成功的交際,而且應(yīng)能夠解釋由各種原因所引起的失敗的交際。本文把由各種原因造成的無效交際,確切的說應(yīng)是無效關(guān)聯(lián)交際,稱之為無關(guān)聯(lián)交際。根據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)理論,交際雙方認(rèn)知語境的不同是導(dǎo)致交際失敗的重要原因�；谝陨蟽牲c,本文擬從關(guān)聯(lián)理論出發(fā),以多部文學(xué)作品為選材,把語篇連貫置于動態(tài)的交際過程之中,探討了文學(xué)作品中人物之間無關(guān)聯(lián)交際的語篇連貫機制。 本文首先對語篇連貫研究作了簡要回顧。然后,本文詳細(xì)闡述了論文的理論基礎(chǔ)—關(guān)聯(lián)理論,并歸納總結(jié)了關(guān)聯(lián)理論的優(yōu)勢,進(jìn)而展現(xiàn)了關(guān)聯(lián)理論在闡釋文學(xué)作品中人物之間無關(guān)聯(lián)交際的語篇連貫機制方面的獨特視角。其次,本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上對語篇連貫進(jìn)行了新的闡釋,并探討了連貫的本質(zhì)以及關(guān)聯(lián)與連貫的關(guān)系。接下來,本文重點探討了文學(xué)作品中人物之間無關(guān)聯(lián)交際的語篇連貫機制。經(jīng)分析得出造成文學(xué)作品中人物之間交際失敗的原因主要有六點,即詞匯模糊、情境因素、社會因素、語用模糊、情感因素和感知能力的差異。然后,本文又進(jìn)一步對這六大因素進(jìn)行一一例證并分析得出,當(dāng)把這些不具備關(guān)聯(lián)性的對話放置在作品主題這一大語境下時,讀者就不難發(fā)現(xiàn),作者是刻意選擇這些無關(guān)聯(lián)對話的,目的是傳達(dá)其交際意圖,即體現(xiàn)和突出作品的主題思想。如此,作品不僅傳達(dá)了作者的交際意圖,而且實現(xiàn)了語篇整體的連貫性。最后,本文在總結(jié)部分提出了本研究的應(yīng)用,即可以作為教學(xué)策略應(yīng)用到英美文學(xué)教學(xué)中去。 本文以關(guān)聯(lián)理論為框架,結(jié)合豐富的實例,通過分析文學(xué)作品中人物之間的無關(guān)聯(lián)交際現(xiàn)象,旨在說明這些無關(guān)聯(lián)交際是如何服務(wù)于作品主題,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)語篇的連貫性,體現(xiàn)作品的文體風(fēng)格。從而論證了關(guān)聯(lián)理論不論對口語交際還是對文學(xué)語篇,不論對關(guān)聯(lián)交際還是對無關(guān)聯(lián)交際都具有強大的解釋力。
[Abstract]:A communicative theory aimed at explaining various communicative phenomena should be able to explain not only successful communication, but also failed communication caused by various causes.In this paper, the invalid communication caused by various reasons should be regarded as invalid relevance communication, which is called irrelevant communication.According to relevance theory, the cognitive context of communicative parties is an important cause of communication failure.Based on the above two points, this paper intends to study the mechanism of disconnected discourse coherence in literary works by using the relevance theory and several literary works as materials to put discourse coherence in the process of dynamic communication.This thesis first makes a brief review of the study of discourse coherence.Then, this paper elaborates the theoretical basis of the thesis-relevance theory, and summarizes the advantages of relevance theory.It also shows the unique perspective of relevance theory in interpreting the discourse coherence mechanism of non-related communication between characters in literary works.Secondly, on the basis of previous studies, this paper makes a new interpretation of discourse coherence, and discusses the nature of coherence and the relationship between relevance and coherence.Secondly, the thesis focuses on the discourse coherence mechanism of the characters' communication in literary works.The main reasons for the failure of communication among characters in literary works are lexical ambiguity, situational factor, social factor, pragmatic ambiguity, affective factor and perceptual ability.Then, the thesis further exemplifies these six factors and finds out that when these irrelevant dialogues are placed in the context of the theme of the work, it is not difficult for the reader to find out.The author deliberately chooses these unrelated dialogues in order to convey his communicative intention, that is, to embody and highlight the theme of his works.In this way, the works not only convey the author's communicative intention, but also achieve the coherence of the text as a whole.Finally, the application of this study is put forward, that is, it can be applied to the teaching of British and American literature as a teaching strategy.Based on the theory of relevance and the abundant examples, this paper aims to explain how these uncorrelated communication serves the theme of the works, and then realizes the coherence of the text by analyzing the phenomenon of non-related communication among characters in literary works.Embody the stylistic style of the work.It demonstrates that relevance theory has a strong explanatory power for both oral communication and literary discourse, as well as for relevance communication and non-relevance communication.
