手語譯員工作疲勞問題研究

【摘要】:在2012年11月召開的十八大的開幕式上,電視畫面右下角的手語翻譯讓全國2000萬聽障人士同步“聽到”了這次重要講話。這是全國黨代會首次啟用手語直播,體現(xiàn)了對聽障人士的尊重和重視。手語翻譯是一個新興的職業(yè)。2007年,在國家勞動和社會保障部公布的十大新興職業(yè)中,手語翻譯員位列其中,標志著我國手語翻譯職業(yè)化正式啟動。在手語翻譯職業(yè)化前,手語翻譯工作由各級聾人協(xié)會、各級殘障人組織、聾人企事業(yè)單位的工作人員兼職擔任,也有一部分是聾人學校的教師承擔。隨著手語翻譯的職業(yè)化,對其研究也進一步加深。查閱文獻發(fā)現(xiàn),前人對手語譯員的研究主要都是從手語譯員的角色、社會作用以及未來的發(fā)展空間等角度進行。手語譯員的翻譯工作為聽障人士和健聽人士的順利溝通和充分交流具有重要意義,隨著我國政府為聾啞人提供的社會服務工作增多,手語譯員的工作壓力導致其精神緊張和身體勞累所出現(xiàn)的疲勞問題日益嚴重。 本文根據(jù)工業(yè)工程基本理論中疲勞研究的學術思想,從手語譯員的作業(yè)中人的特性對手語譯員的疲勞問題進行分析,從源頭上尋找引起手語譯員疲勞的諸多因素,并進行分析和設計,提出延緩疲勞的構想,從而改善手語譯員的職業(yè)環(huán)境和身體狀況,提高工作效率。 基于手語譯員特殊的服務對象和作業(yè)環(huán)境,有必要對其職業(yè)環(huán)境、心理壓力和行為進行分析,提出相應的辦法來緩解其疲勞癥狀。全文共分為4個部分:緒論、理論綜述、手語譯員的疲勞因素分析以及延緩疲勞到來的構想。論文采用文獻研讀、實地觀察和邏輯分析的方法對手語譯員作業(yè)中的一系列行為進行研究,運用工效學、生理學、解剖學、工業(yè)工程等相關理論挖掘引起疲勞感的諸多因素,試圖有效緩解手語譯員的疲勞,提高手語翻譯的效率。
[Abstract]:At the opening ceremony of the 18th National Congress in November 2012, the sign language interpreter in the lower right corner of the television picture made 20 million deaf people across the country "hear" the important speech simultaneously.This is the first time that the National Congress of the Party used sign language live broadcast, reflecting the respect and attention to the deaf.Sign language translation is a new profession. In 2007, sign language interpreter was ranked among the ten new occupations announced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, which marks the official start of the professionalization of sign language interpretation in China.Before the professionalization of hand language translation, sign language interpretation was undertaken by deaf people's associations at all levels, organizations of disabled people at all levels, staff of deaf enterprises and institutions, and some teachers of deaf schools.With the professionalization of sign language translation, the study of sign language translation has been deepened.It is found that the previous researches on sign language interpreters are mainly from the aspects of the role of sign language interpreters, the social role and the future development of sign language interpreters.The translation work of sign language interpreters is of great significance for the smooth communication and full communication between the deaf and the hearing-impaired. With the increase of social services provided by our government to the deaf and mute,The working stress of sign language interpreters leads to more and more fatigue problems caused by mental stress and physical fatigue.According to the academic thought of fatigue research in the basic theory of industrial engineering, this paper analyzes the fatigue problem of sign language interpreters from the characteristics of human beings in the work of sign language interpreters, and looks for many factors that cause the fatigue of sign language interpreters from the source.Through analysis and design, the author puts forward the conception of delaying fatigue, which can improve the professional environment and physical condition of sign language interpreters and improve their working efficiency.Based on the special clients and working environment of sign language interpreters, it is necessary to analyze their occupational environment, psychological stress and behavior, and put forward corresponding measures to alleviate their fatigue symptoms.The thesis is divided into four parts: introduction, theoretical review, fatigue factor analysis of sign language interpreters and conception of delaying fatigue.This paper studies a series of behaviors in sign language interpreter's homework by literature study, field observation and logic analysis, and uses some relevant theories such as ergonomics, physiology, anatomy, industrial engineering and so on to explore many factors that cause fatigue, such as ergonomics, physiology, anatomy, industrial engineering and so on.This paper attempts to effectively alleviate the fatigue of sign language interpreters and improve the efficiency of sign language interpretation.
