HSK中與食文化有關(guān)的詞匯及其教學(xué)

【摘要】:中國(guó)食文化歷史悠久又豐富多彩?v觀中國(guó)食文化史,對(duì)其習(xí)俗及形式的研究舉不勝舉。但本文的重點(diǎn)是著眼于對(duì)中國(guó)食文化中所涉及的常用詞匯,對(duì)其進(jìn)行歸納、總結(jié)和研究,并就其中的主要詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)等問(wèn)題提出教學(xué)建議。語(yǔ)言和文化是共生的、互為依存的,語(yǔ)言反映著一個(gè)民族的社會(huì)、歷史、文化和思想特征。作為構(gòu)成語(yǔ)言的基本單位的詞匯也必然反映一個(gè)民族的文化。因此,學(xué)習(xí)和研究任何一種語(yǔ)言的詞匯都不能脫離其文化背景特征。所以,我們學(xué)習(xí)和研究漢語(yǔ)詞匯也同樣要重視漢語(yǔ)詞匯中所蘊(yùn)含的中國(guó)文化特征。本文即是在中國(guó)食文化的背景中,展開(kāi)對(duì)詞匯的本義和轉(zhuǎn)義的研究的。中國(guó)的食文化自古以來(lái)和社會(huì)文化活動(dòng)緊密結(jié)合,因而食文化具有多種的社會(huì)文化價(jià)值。漢語(yǔ)中反映飲食現(xiàn)象的詞匯包含著豐富的文化內(nèi)容。 第一章、闡述了研究目的,已有的研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究的范圍和方法。 第二章、闡述了文化因素,文化教學(xué)的重要性,尤其是HSK詞匯中食文化詞匯教學(xué)的重要性和意義。 第三章,闡述了HSK食文化方面的基本詞匯及其轉(zhuǎn)義用法,并列舉了因食文化而形成的部分禁忌語(yǔ)言。 第四章,具體闡述了食與文化有關(guān)的教學(xué)方法。 總之,本論文在闡述HSK詞匯中有關(guān)食文化詞匯的諸多含義后,又結(jié)合與之相關(guān)的文化背景進(jìn)行詮釋,使讀者與學(xué)生特別是學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的外國(guó)人能在生動(dòng)有趣的背景中去更好地理解和學(xué)習(xí)。而且為了使?jié)h語(yǔ)教學(xué)獲得更好的效果,就應(yīng)該廣泛地對(duì)中國(guó)文化背景進(jìn)行深入的研究。
[Abstract]:Chinese food culture has a long history and is rich and colorful.Throughout the history of Chinese food culture, the study of its customs and forms is numerous.However, the emphasis of this paper is to sum up, summarize and study the commonly used words involved in Chinese food culture, and to put forward some teaching suggestions on the study of the main vocabulary.Language and culture are symbiotic and interdependent. Language reflects the social, historical, cultural and ideological characteristics of a nation.As the basic unit of language, vocabulary must also reflect the culture of a nation.Therefore, the study and study of any language vocabulary cannot be separated from its cultural background.Therefore, we should also pay attention to the Chinese cultural characteristics in the study and research of Chinese vocabulary.In the context of Chinese food culture, this paper studies the meaning and meaning of words.Chinese food culture has been closely combined with social and cultural activities since ancient times, so food culture has a variety of social and cultural values.The vocabulary that reflects the phenomenon of diet in Chinese contains rich cultural content.In the first chapter, the purpose, the present situation, the scope and methods of the research are described.The second chapter expounds the cultural factors, the importance of cultural teaching, especially the importance and significance of culture-eating vocabulary teaching in HSK vocabulary.In the third chapter, the basic vocabulary and its usage of HSK culture are expounded, and some taboo languages are listed.The fourth chapter elaborates the teaching methods of food and culture.In a word, after expounding the various meanings of the HSK vocabulary about the food culture vocabulary, the thesis interprets it in the light of the relevant cultural background.So that readers and students, especially foreigners learning Chinese, can better understand and learn in a lively and interesting background.In order to make Chinese teaching more effective, it is necessary to study the Chinese cultural background extensively.
