【摘要】：師生關(guān)系是任何教育活動(dòng)開展過(guò)程中的基礎(chǔ)關(guān)系。由于對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教育的特殊性,其中師生關(guān)系具有不同于國(guó)內(nèi)普通教育的特點(diǎn),并且這種國(guó)際型師生關(guān)系直接影響漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的效果。漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育的專業(yè)性發(fā)展以及時(shí)代走向都需要我們對(duì)對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教育中師生關(guān)系的特點(diǎn)和作用進(jìn)行更深入的探討。泰國(guó)與中國(guó)交往已久,大批華人的存在為泰國(guó)的漢語(yǔ)事業(yè)提供了基礎(chǔ)。漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)在泰國(guó)中學(xué)教育中的開展引起了我們對(duì)其中師生關(guān)系的關(guān)注。本文在總結(jié)泰國(guó)中學(xué)華文教育史的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)多種調(diào)查手段得出資料和數(shù)據(jù),概括出師生關(guān)系在泰國(guó)中學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教育中的特點(diǎn)及作用,并試圖提出建議。全文共分為六個(gè)部分： 第一部分是緒論。主要闡述選題價(jià)值和意義,研究綜述、研究?jī)?nèi)容及創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分是泰國(guó)華文教育史中的師生關(guān)系發(fā)展歷程。泰國(guó)華文教育從萌芽到初步發(fā)展,后經(jīng)歷了兩次打擊和復(fù)蘇,近十年得到了較好的發(fā)展。其中中學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教育由初中開始向高中打開局面,此后受政局影響經(jīng)歷幾番起落,直至冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束中泰友好建交才走上軌道。泰國(guó)中學(xué)華文教育中的師生關(guān)系受泰國(guó)對(duì)華政策的影響,主要經(jīng)歷同化政策之前、同化政策初期、強(qiáng)制同化時(shí)期和當(dāng)代中泰友好時(shí)期。從最初的同胞式的融洽關(guān)系,到面對(duì)打擊關(guān)系淡化而后恢復(fù),再到帶上政治色彩,直到現(xiàn)代教育中上升到兩國(guó)文化交流的層面,泰國(guó)中學(xué)中泰師生關(guān)系錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜。 第三部分是泰國(guó)中學(xué)師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀描述。通過(guò)多種調(diào)查形式的設(shè)計(jì),以素攀班罕一中學(xué)作為平臺(tái),以該校學(xué)生和2010屆廣西大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育碩士專業(yè)赴泰實(shí)習(xí)生為主要對(duì)象做調(diào)研。然后從泰國(guó)中學(xué)中泰師生關(guān)系的一般情況、影響師生關(guān)系的因素和師生關(guān)系的影響這三方面,對(duì)現(xiàn)代泰國(guó)師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述和分析。 第四部分是泰國(guó)中學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教育中師生關(guān)系的特點(diǎn)。首先,通過(guò)對(duì)比,總結(jié)出國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教育中師生關(guān)系主要特點(diǎn)。國(guó)內(nèi)方面,主要存在師生交際社會(huì)化和學(xué)生較為主動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)；國(guó)外方面,存在師生地位受教師地位影響、師生感情不長(zhǎng)久、重視通過(guò)傳播傳統(tǒng)文化拉近師生距離等特點(diǎn)。然后,從教師和學(xué)生這兩個(gè)師生關(guān)系的主要方面入手著重介紹泰國(guó)中學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教育中師生關(guān)系的特點(diǎn),主要包括教師對(duì)部分學(xué)生的偏愛(ài)現(xiàn)象、師生之間亦師亦友,學(xué)生眷戀舊老師、真心對(duì)待新老師,溝通手段組成豐富、性別問(wèn)題敏感和教師被融入泰國(guó)文化氛圍等五點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從教學(xué)體制和文化差異兩方面分析特點(diǎn)形成的原因。 第五部分是總結(jié)有關(guān)師生關(guān)系在泰國(guó)中學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的作用。生活上,良好的師生關(guān)系幫助漢語(yǔ)老師克服跨文化問(wèn)題,并在情感方面幫助漢語(yǔ)教師。教學(xué)中,和諧的師生關(guān)系能為教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備提供參考,幫助教師創(chuàng)建良好的課堂氛圍,幫助教師成長(zhǎng),但過(guò)分融洽的師生關(guān)系會(huì)影響教師權(quán)威。學(xué)術(shù)上,良好的師生關(guān)系能為調(diào)查研究和理論研究提供幫助。 第六部分是啟示與建議。針對(duì)教師期望、懲罰、家長(zhǎng)關(guān)注和利用課堂關(guān)注點(diǎn)四點(diǎn)補(bǔ)充案例。然后從專業(yè)素質(zhì)及其它方面提出存在的問(wèn)題,并建議教師注意反省和鞏固,及時(shí)提高與更新自我。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the basis of any educational activities . As a result of the particularity of foreign language education , the relationship between teachers and students is different from that of ordinary education in China .

The first part is introduction . It mainly expounds the value and significance of the topic selection , the research overview , the research content and the innovation .

The second part is the development of the relationship between teachers and students in the history of Chinese education in Thailand .

The third part is the description of the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students in the middle school of Thailand . Through the design of many kinds of investigation forms , we study the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students from the general situation of the teacher - student relationship in the middle school of Thailand , the factors that influence the teacher - student relationship and the influence of the teacher - student relationship .

The fourth part is the characteristic of the relationship between teachers and students in Chinese education in the middle school of Thailand . First , the main characteristics of the relationship between teachers and students at home and abroad are summarized .
This paper focuses on the characteristics of teacher - student relationship between teachers and students , including teachers ' preference for some students , teachers and students , students ' attachment to old teachers , sincere treatment of new teachers , communication means , gender - sensitive and teacher ' s integration into Thai culture atmosphere . On this basis , the reasons for the formation of the characteristics are analyzed from the two aspects of teaching system and cultural difference .

The fifth part is to summarize the role of teacher - student relationship in Chinese teaching in middle school of Thailand . In life , good teacher - student relationship helps Chinese teachers overcome cross - cultural problems and help Chinese teachers in emotional side . In teaching , harmonious teacher - student relationship can provide reference for teachers to create good classroom atmosphere and help teachers grow , but the relationship between teachers and students can influence teachers ' authority .

The sixth part is inspiration and suggestion . Aiming at teacher ' s expectation , punishment , parents ' attention and use of four point supplementary cases of classroom attention point , this paper puts forward some problems from professional quality and other aspects , and suggests that teachers should pay attention to introspection and consolidation to improve and update themselves in time .
