俄羅斯?jié)h語教師教學(xué)效能感研究

【摘要】:隨著漢語教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,尤其是在海外的迅猛發(fā)展,漢語教師的數(shù)量不斷擴(kuò)大,海外漢語教師數(shù)量不斷增加。教師教學(xué)效能感作為研究教師素質(zhì)的一個(gè)重要方面,能夠幫助教師認(rèn)識(shí)到如何提升自身的教育能力和堅(jiān)定教師在教學(xué)中取得成功的信念,教學(xué)效能感還會(huì)影響教師的工作動(dòng)機(jī)、工作積極性、教學(xué)投入程度等方面,最終會(huì)影響教師教學(xué)效果。 本文選擇俄羅斯?jié)h語教師為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)俄羅斯?jié)h語教師的教學(xué)效能感進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,得出影響俄羅斯?jié)h語教師教學(xué)效能感的因素,最終提出提升俄羅斯?jié)h語教師教學(xué)效能感的對(duì)策和建議。研究結(jié)果表明俄羅斯?jié)h語教師的總體教學(xué)效能感呈現(xiàn)出正態(tài)分布狀況。正偏差數(shù)值比較大,表明俄羅斯?jié)h語教師的教學(xué)效能感普遍偏高,同時(shí)俄羅斯?jié)h語教師在計(jì)劃與準(zhǔn)備、課堂管理、引導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)以及教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)四個(gè)維度的教學(xué)效能感要高于平均分,而教育認(rèn)知和交流與互動(dòng)兩個(gè)維度的教學(xué)效能感要低于平均分,這表明俄羅斯?jié)h語教師對(duì)自身的教學(xué)能力的信心比較足,,但是對(duì)于教師的教學(xué)效能感作用評(píng)價(jià)方面還存在不足。研究影響俄羅斯?jié)h語教師的教學(xué)效能感的因素結(jié)果表明,教師的專業(yè)、教師的教齡和教師的性別對(duì)教學(xué)效能感沒有顯著性的影響,而教學(xué)環(huán)境對(duì)教師的教學(xué)效能感影響明顯。 本文主要分為五個(gè)部分。 第一部分為緒論,主要介紹本文研究的緣起、研究目的、研究意義、研究方法及中國國內(nèi)外對(duì)教師教學(xué)效能感的研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分闡述本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ),主要介紹羅特控制點(diǎn)理論、班杜拉的自我效能感理論、教師發(fā)展階段理論,以及針對(duì)不同教師的教學(xué)效能感的差異分析,為全文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分為調(diào)研結(jié)果分析,針對(duì)俄羅斯?jié)h語教師的教學(xué)效能感進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研分析,作為本文研究的事實(shí)依據(jù);第四部分結(jié)合調(diào)研分析結(jié)果,探討影響俄羅斯?jié)h語教師的教學(xué)效能感的因素,尤其是教師專業(yè)、教齡、漢語教學(xué)環(huán)境和教師性別對(duì)教師教學(xué)效能感的影響;最后對(duì)本文研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese language education, especially in overseas, the number of Chinese teachers is expanding and the number of overseas Chinese teachers is increasing. It can help teachers realize how to improve their own educational ability and strengthen their belief of success in teaching. The sense of teaching efficacy will also affect teachers' motivation, enthusiasm and degree of teaching commitment. Finally, it will affect the teaching effect of teachers. In this paper, Russian Chinese teachers are selected as the research objects, and the teaching efficacy of Russian Chinese teachers is investigated and analyzed, and the factors that affect the teaching efficacy of Russian Chinese teachers are obtained. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teaching efficacy of Russian Chinese teachers are put forward. The results show that the overall teaching efficacy of Russian Chinese teachers shows a normal distribution, and the value of positive deviation is large. It shows that Russian Chinese teachers generally have a high sense of teaching efficacy, and at the same time, Russian Chinese teachers have a higher sense of teaching efficacy in the four dimensions of planning and preparation, classroom management, guidance and promotion of learning, and evaluation of teaching effects. However, the sense of teaching efficacy in the two dimensions of educational cognition and communication and interaction is lower than the average score, which indicates that Russian Chinese teachers have more confidence in their own teaching ability. However, there are still some deficiencies in the evaluation of teachers' teaching efficacy. The results of the study on the factors affecting the teaching efficacy of Russian Chinese teachers show that the teacher's specialty, Teachers' teaching age and teachers' gender have no significant influence on the sense of teaching efficacy, while the teaching environment has a significant impact on teachers' sense of teaching efficacy. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the origin, purpose, significance, research methods and the research status of teachers' teaching efficacy at home and abroad. The second part describes the theoretical basis of this study. This paper mainly introduces Rot's control point theory, Bandura's theory of self-efficacy, the theory of teacher development stage, and the difference analysis of different teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. The third part is the analysis of the results of the investigation, aiming at the Russian Chinese teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, as the factual basis of this study; the fourth part combined with the results of the investigation and analysis, This paper probes into the factors that influence Russian Chinese teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, especially the influence of teachers' specialty, teaching years, Chinese teaching environment and teachers' gender on teachers' sense of teaching efficacy.
