【摘要】：本文擬研究全球化及市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的合作翻譯中的譯者分工與管理,同時(shí)總結(jié)由湖南省博物館委托的翻譯項(xiàng)目。本文的寫作按照翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告結(jié)構(gòu)組織行文。 作為常見的翻譯模式,合作翻譯在中國(guó)古代的佛經(jīng)翻譯及西方的圣經(jīng)翻譯中都發(fā)揮了重要作用。時(shí)至今日,合作翻譯在網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的輔助下被廣泛運(yùn)用于科技文本,政治文件及文學(xué)作品的翻譯中。如今快速傳遞信息的需求不斷增加,越來越多的作品和文件的翻譯都是通過協(xié)作完成的。近年來合作翻譯在與現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)相結(jié)合的背景下取得了重大進(jìn)展。 但是,遺憾的是對(duì)合作翻譯的系統(tǒng)研究還有待加強(qiáng)。而且有的學(xué)者對(duì)合作翻譯持否定態(tài)度。但是現(xiàn)實(shí)是,合作翻譯能縮短翻譯周期,滿足當(dāng)今世界信息交流的需要。忽略或輕視合作翻譯都是不可取的。 目前,語(yǔ)言服務(wù)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展迅速,翻譯行業(yè)正在發(fā)展成為以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向的產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文的目的是從項(xiàng)目管理的角度對(duì)面向市場(chǎng)的合作翻譯進(jìn)行深入研究,為市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下組織執(zhí)行合作翻譯項(xiàng)目提供意見和建議。 本文引文部分介紹了面向市場(chǎng)的合作翻譯,包括其定義及特點(diǎn)和翻譯市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀。 第一章介紹原文背景信息、翻譯項(xiàng)目委托人、翻譯要求及原文的特點(diǎn)。 第二章介紹翻譯任務(wù)的過程,其中包括翻譯團(tuán)隊(duì)組成、譯前準(zhǔn)備、項(xiàng)目時(shí)間規(guī)劃、質(zhì)量控制和評(píng)價(jià)等。 第三章主要介紹翻譯項(xiàng)目中的譯員管理及不同角色如何協(xié)作,確保譯員正確地發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造性,保證譯文風(fēng)格的統(tǒng)一。 本文實(shí)踐性大于理論性,部分原因是因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)有研究的成果更注重實(shí)踐。另一個(gè)原因是,本文作為項(xiàng)目報(bào)告必須交代大量的實(shí)踐細(xì)節(jié)。但是,從個(gè)人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)出發(fā),筆者認(rèn)為有必要利用理論指導(dǎo)合作翻譯實(shí)踐,確保翻譯文質(zhì)量。因此筆者建議學(xué)者對(duì)這一課題進(jìn)行深入研究,為合作翻譯奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper intends to study the division and management of translators in cooperative translation under the conditions of globalization and market economy, and to summarize the translation projects commissioned by the Hunan Museum. As a common mode of translation, cooperative translation plays an important role in the translation of Buddhist scriptures in ancient China and the Bible in the West. Today, cooperative translation is widely used in scientific and technological texts with the assistance of network technology. In the translation of political documents and literary works. There is a growing demand for rapid transmission of information. More and more works and documents are translated through collaboration. In recent years, cooperative translation has made great progress in the context of the combination of modern computer and Internet technology. However, it is regrettable that the systematic study of cooperative translation needs to be strengthened, and some scholars hold a negative attitude towards cooperative translation. However, the reality is that cooperative translation can shorten the translation cycle. It is not advisable to ignore or belittle cooperative translation to meet the needs of information exchange in today's world. At present, the language service market is developing rapidly, and the translation industry is developing into a market-oriented industry. The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study of market-oriented cooperative translation from the perspective of project management. Provide advice and advice for organizing and implementing cooperative translation projects in the market environment. In the citation part, market-oriented cooperative translation is introduced, including its definition and characteristics, and the present situation of translation market. The first chapter introduces the background information of the original text, the client of the translation project, the translation requirements and the features of the original text. The second chapter introduces the process of translation tasks, including translation team formation, pre-translation preparation, project time planning, quality control and evaluation. The third chapter mainly introduces the translator management in translation projects and how to cooperate with different roles to ensure the translators' creativity and the unity of the translation style. This paper is more practical than theoretical, partly because the results of existing studies are more practical. Another reason is that this paper, as a project report, must account for a large number of practical details. The author believes that it is necessary to use theory to guide cooperative translation practice and to ensure the quality of translation text. Therefore, the author suggests that scholars study this topic in depth to lay a theoretical foundation for cooperative translation.
