【摘要】：拉脫維亞共和國位于東北歐，波羅的海東岸。拉脫維亞于1991年8月22日正式宣布獨(dú)立，是波羅的海地區(qū)最早開設(shè)漢語教學(xué)的國家，也是波羅的海地區(qū)的漢語教學(xué)中心。從上世紀(jì)90年代開始，拉脫維亞的漢語教學(xué)已有近20年的歷史。目前，拉脫維亞主要的漢語教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)有公立大學(xué)、公立中學(xué)和孔子學(xué)院等教學(xué)單位共10所，多數(shù)位于首都里加市。 本文以拉脫維亞漢語教學(xué)整體情況為調(diào)查研究核心，以拉脫維亞公立院校和孔子學(xué)院的漢語教學(xué)為調(diào)查、研究對象。通過對拉脫維亞主要漢語教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，對漢語教師和初級漢語學(xué)習(xí)者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、歸納和總結(jié)，最后通過分析現(xiàn)狀提出其存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)困難和問題，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，針對拉脫維亞的漢語教學(xué)資源的利用、漢語教材的編寫、漢語教學(xué)本身和孔子學(xué)院的建設(shè)等方面提出一些相應(yīng)的建議，以促進(jìn)拉脫維亞漢語教育的快速發(fā)展和建設(shè)，同時(shí)也為今后的漢語教學(xué)研究者提供最真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)，，為漢語教學(xué)工作者提供參考和啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The Republic of Latvia is located in eastern northern Europe on the eastern shore of the Baltic Sea. Latvia officially declared its independence on August 22nd 1991 and was the first country in the Baltic Sea to teach Chinese. It is also a Chinese teaching center in the Baltic Sea region. Since -10s, Latvia has been teaching Chinese for nearly 20 years. At present, Latvia's main Chinese teaching institutions are public universities. Public secondary schools and Confucius Institute and other teaching units a total of 10, mostly in the capital city of Riga. This paper takes the whole situation of Latvian Chinese teaching as the core of investigation, and takes the Chinese teaching in Latvian public institutions and Confucius Institutes as the research object. Through the analysis of the present situation of the main Chinese teaching institutions in Latvia, This paper makes a questionnaire survey on Chinese teachers and primary Chinese learners, sums up and summarizes the present situation, and puts forward the practical difficulties and problems, based on which, aiming at the utilization of Latvian Chinese teaching resources, In order to promote the rapid development and construction of Latvian Chinese language education, the compilation of Chinese teaching materials, the Chinese teaching itself and the construction of Confucius Institute, some suggestions are put forward to promote the rapid development and construction of Latvian Chinese language education, and at the same time, to provide the most true data for future Chinese teaching researchers. To provide reference and inspiration for Chinese teachers.
