泰國(guó)商務(wù)漢語教學(xué)研究

【摘要】:近年來,針對(duì)發(fā)展的需求,泰國(guó)漢語教育界與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地總結(jié)出這樣一句話:“只有掌握漢英泰三種語言的人才,才是當(dāng)今與未來市場(chǎng)搶手的人才”。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,中國(guó)在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的地位持續(xù)增強(qiáng),泰中兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)往來日益加深。這種情況促使泰國(guó)市場(chǎng)對(duì)漢語人才的需求不斷增加;另一方面,社會(huì)各類人士對(duì)了解和掌握商務(wù)漢語知識(shí)的需求也日益迫切。為了滿足這一需求,許多大學(xué)紛紛開設(shè)商務(wù)漢語課程,促進(jìn)學(xué)生在知識(shí)、能力、素質(zhì)等方面能協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的需求,這成為各大學(xué)追求的重要目標(biāo)。 迄今,泰國(guó)漢語專業(yè)的教學(xué)雖然前景良好,但對(duì)泰國(guó)大學(xué)漢語教學(xué)的深入研究仍然較少,尤其是對(duì)商務(wù)漢語教學(xué)的研究更為罕見。曼谷是泰國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、科技、教育的中心,也是人口較為集中的地方,所以人才市場(chǎng)的需求量比其他地區(qū)更大。筆者認(rèn)為研究相關(guān)商務(wù)教學(xué),應(yīng)該在經(jīng)濟(jì)最發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū)進(jìn)行。為了對(duì)泰國(guó)大學(xué)商務(wù)漢語的教學(xué)進(jìn)行更深入地研究與了解,筆者選擇了曼谷五所開設(shè)商務(wù)漢語課程的大學(xué)作為研究對(duì)象,并對(duì)該地區(qū)商務(wù)漢語教學(xué)的師生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。 調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,大部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)商務(wù)漢語是為了交流、經(jīng)商、做貿(mào)易或?qū)で蟾玫墓ぷ鳌km有很多學(xué)生選擇商務(wù)漢語課程,但也有不少學(xué)生選擇商務(wù)漢語課程不是出自個(gè)人興趣,而是由于學(xué)校將其設(shè)定為專業(yè)必修課,實(shí)為不得已。問題的主要原因是:該課程過于專業(yè)化,教師一成不變的教學(xué)方式不能激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,課后沒有機(jī)會(huì)運(yùn)用商務(wù)漢語進(jìn)行交流,現(xiàn)有的教材已多年未經(jīng)更新而不適應(yīng)形勢(shì)的發(fā)展,且教材大多是為中國(guó)學(xué)生編寫,不太適合泰國(guó)學(xué)生。通過對(duì)商務(wù)漢語課的師生進(jìn)行的問卷調(diào)查了解到,目前泰國(guó)在商務(wù)漢語的教材、師資和教學(xué)等方面均不能完全滿足學(xué)生的要求,乃至造成專業(yè)人才緊缺、培養(yǎng)效果不達(dá)標(biāo)等,無法滿足社會(huì)及市場(chǎng)的需求。因此,筆者在本文研究的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)如何激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,如何改善泰國(guó)大學(xué)商務(wù)漢語教學(xué)的質(zhì)量等問題提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in response to the needs of development, the Thai Chinese education community with the times summed up such a sentence: "only Chinese, English and Thai three languages to master the talent." With economic globalization, China's position in international trade has continued to grow. The increasing economic and trade ties between Thailand and China have led to the increasing demand for Chinese talents in the Thai market. On the other hand, there is an increasingly urgent need for all kinds of people in society to understand and master business Chinese knowledge. In order to meet this demand, many universities have set up business Chinese courses to promote students' knowledge and ability. Quality and other aspects can coordinate development to meet the needs of the market, which has become an important goal pursued by universities. So far, although the prospect of Thailand's Chinese language teaching is good, the in-depth study of Thai university Chinese teaching is still less, especially the study of business Chinese teaching is more rare. Bangkok is Thai economy and politics. Science and technology, the center of education, but also a more concentrated population, so the demand for talent market is greater than other regions. It should be carried out in the most economically developed areas. In order to further study and understand the teaching of business Chinese in Thai University, the author chooses five universities in Bangkok to offer business Chinese courses as the research object. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the teachers and students of business Chinese teaching in this area. The results show that most students learn business Chinese to communicate, do business, do business or seek better jobs, although many students choose business Chinese courses. But there are also many students choose business Chinese course not from personal interest, but because the school set it as a required course, it is necessary. The main reason for the problem is that the course is too professional. The unchanging teaching method of teachers can not stimulate the enthusiasm of students to learn, there is no opportunity to use business Chinese to communicate after class, and the existing textbooks have not been updated for many years and can not adapt to the development of the situation. And the textbooks are mostly for Chinese students, not suitable for Thai students. Through the survey of business Chinese teachers and students, we know that the current Thai business Chinese textbooks. Teachers and teaching can not fully meet the requirements of students, or even cause a shortage of professional talent, training results are not up to standard, can not meet the needs of society and the market. On the basis of this study, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to stimulate students' interest in learning and how to improve the quality of business Chinese teaching in Thai universities.
