普適計算環(huán)境下的電子商務談判系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】: 電子商務經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,給商務企業(yè)帶來了豐厚的利潤和無限的商機,在整個商業(yè)活動中已具有舉足輕重的作用。然而,電子商務所使用的技術普遍陳舊,大多停留在靜態(tài)服務的層面上,商品查詢等服務缺乏人性化設計,商務應用基本上只限于網(wǎng)上廣告推銷,而實質性的電子商務活動幾乎無法開展。目前,以普適計算為代表的新型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術發(fā)展迅速,該技術的研究和應用,提供了一個無處不在的物理和信息空間,可以完全實現(xiàn)隨時、隨地靈活運用網(wǎng)絡資源和服務。 普適計算環(huán)境作為一種廣泛的計算環(huán)境,為現(xiàn)有計算機和設備的發(fā)展提供了一條途徑。在本文中,采用PVCGrid(普適計算基礎設施),制訂了在普適計算環(huán)境中的多傳輸協(xié)議管理機制、設備和服務的發(fā)現(xiàn)機制。該基礎設施使得用戶可以方便地使用網(wǎng)絡中的各種設備資源,降低應用設計的復雜性,提高了設備之間的信息和資源的共享,為用戶提供了增值的服務,使用戶體會到計算無處不在的新感受。 深入研究分析了基于Web服務體系的動態(tài)電子商務環(huán)境,分析Web服務和UDDI技術的特點,利用UDDI實現(xiàn)Web服務的注冊與發(fā)現(xiàn),提出基于本體描述的Web服務查詢技術,實現(xiàn)商品搜索的準確定位。 本文描述了一個基于案例推理策略提取和多Agent技術的電子商務談判系統(tǒng)模型。該模型的特點在于它具有利用案例推理技術,從以前的經(jīng)驗中學習談判策略的能力,有利于支持談判人進行決策,并利用Agent代替人完成部分工作,實現(xiàn)了談判的智能性,從而提高了電子商務的效率。本文研究了智能Agent和Web服務的普適計算技術環(huán)境下議價的模型,將Agent模型與普適計算技術環(huán)境相結合。將人工智能和普適計算技術服務的思想融入到電子商務議價的具體實現(xiàn)中,提出了一個面向專業(yè)領域的商品議價原型,為服務普適的實際應用和Web服務智能化提出了一種新的思路和解決方案。
[Abstract]:After years of development, electronic commerce has brought rich profits and unlimited business opportunities to business enterprises, and has played an important role in the whole business activities. However, the technology used in e-commerce is generally old, most of them stay at the level of static services, commodity query and other services lack of humanized design, business applications are basically limited to online advertising marketing. However, the substantive e-commerce activities can hardly be carried out. At present, the new Internet technology represented by pervasive computing is developing rapidly. The research and application of this technology provides a ubiquitous physical and information space, which can fully realize the flexible use of network resources and services at any time and anywhere. As a kind of extensive computing environment, pervasive computing environment provides a way for the development of existing computers and equipment. In this paper, PVCGrid (pervasive Computing Infrastructure) is used to develop a multi-transport protocol management mechanism, equipment and service discovery mechanism in pervasive computing environment. This infrastructure enables users to easily use all kinds of equipment resources in the network, reduces the complexity of application design, improves the sharing of information and resources between devices, and provides value-added services for users. Users experience the new feeling that computing is everywhere. This paper deeply studies and analyzes the dynamic e-commerce environment based on Web service system, analyzes the characteristics of Web service and UDDI technology, uses UDDI to realize the registration and discovery of Web service, and puts forward the query technology of Web service based on ontology description. To achieve the accurate positioning of commodity search. This paper describes a model of e-commerce negotiation system based on case-based reasoning strategy extraction and multi-Agent technology. The characteristic of the model is that it has the ability to learn negotiation strategies from previous experience by using case-based reasoning technology, which is beneficial to support negotiators to make decisions, and uses Agent to complete part of the work instead of people, thus realizing the intelligence of negotiation. Thus, the efficiency of electronic commerce is improved. In this paper, the bargaining model of intelligent Agent and Web services in pervasive computing technology environment is studied, and the Agent model is combined with the pervasive computing technology environment. The idea of artificial intelligence and pervasive computing technology service is integrated into the concrete realization of electronic commerce bargaining, and a prototype of commodity bargaining oriented to professional field is put forward. This paper puts forward a new idea and solution for the practical application of service universality and the intelligence of Web service.
