【摘要】： 創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球興起的同時(shí),上海正在進(jìn)行著城市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與相應(yīng)的空間重構(gòu),在城市空間內(nèi)部,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在蘇州河沿岸初步集聚,有待進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提升。本文研究的重點(diǎn)是蘇州河沿岸創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展機(jī)理,即在蘇州河沿岸這一具有特定產(chǎn)業(yè)演變歷程和豐富歷史文化內(nèi)涵的空間內(nèi),創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)因素及其作用機(jī)制。 在調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上分析了蘇州河沿岸創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程,發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,園區(qū)情況,跟蹤統(tǒng)計(jì)了園區(qū)入住企業(yè)等情況。以蘇州河沿岸創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)和沿岸留存建筑的改造為主要研究對象,從集聚區(qū)形成歷程角度歸納出上海創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的舊區(qū)改造模式的四種具體類型:建筑師租用作為工作室開發(fā)型,廠家自尋出路開發(fā)型,地產(chǎn)商介入開發(fā)型,集團(tuán)開發(fā)型。 空間上在蘇州河沿岸將不會(huì)形成沿岸連續(xù)的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)帶,可能形成特色“創(chuàng)意段”集聚形式。結(jié)合初具規(guī)模的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)與具有開發(fā)潛質(zhì)的歷史建筑,本文認(rèn)為最有潛質(zhì)的區(qū)段有三個(gè):蘇州河沿岸四行倉庫段兩岸“創(chuàng)意倉庫”段;M50為核心的莫干山路現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)段;周家橋廣告藝術(shù)創(chuàng)意段。 本文重點(diǎn)論述了蘇州河沿岸創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的三種機(jī)制,即歷史建筑保護(hù)與創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的互動(dòng)機(jī)制、政府主導(dǎo)的多方共促機(jī)制、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)促進(jìn)機(jī)制。蘇州河沿岸豐富的歷史工商業(yè)建筑為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了空間,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也促進(jìn)了歷史建筑的保護(hù),歷史建筑保護(hù)與創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在蘇州河邊形成了互動(dòng)雙贏機(jī)制。蘇州河沿岸創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是市、區(qū)政府主導(dǎo)下,園區(qū)開發(fā)企業(yè)、入駐企業(yè)等多方因素共同作用的結(jié)果。集聚區(qū)“形態(tài)——業(yè)態(tài)——生態(tài)”演進(jìn),在各個(gè)階段以不同的方式促進(jìn)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,形態(tài)打造可為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供空間,業(yè)態(tài)選擇促進(jìn)了創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的集聚與競合,生態(tài)營造培育起適宜創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境。 在調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出蘇州河沿岸創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)可能的兩個(gè)演變方向:其一是以M50為代表的藝術(shù)類園區(qū),隨著集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展,租金的上漲,集聚區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)的置換和替代,其生產(chǎn)功能會(huì)逐漸弱化,而展示、交易、消費(fèi)的功能會(huì)進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化,最終可能形成現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)的展示交易集聚區(qū)和休閑藝術(shù)區(qū)。其二是以創(chuàng)意倉庫為代表的設(shè)計(jì)類創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū),將朝著集中、高端化、行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)資源共享,互動(dòng)互促的方向發(fā)展,業(yè)務(wù)和非業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系都會(huì)增多,朝著共享互動(dòng)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rise of creative industries in the world, Shanghai is undergoing the transformation of urban industries and the corresponding spatial reconstruction. Within the urban space, creative industries are gathering initially along the Suzhou River, which needs to be further developed and promoted. This paper focuses on the development mechanism of creative industry along Suzhou Creek, that is, in the space of Suzhou Creek, which has a special industry evolution process and rich historical and cultural connotation, the promotion factors and its action mechanism of creative industry development are discussed. On the basis of investigation, this paper analyzes the course of development of creative industries along the coast of Suzhou River, the present situation of development, the situation of the park, and tracks and statistics the situation of the enterprises living in the park. The main research object is the innovation of creative industry agglomeration area and coastal retained buildings along the Suzhou River. From the point of view of the forming process of the agglomeration area, four concrete types of the transformation mode of the old district of the creative industry development in Shanghai are summed up: the architect hires as the studio development type, the factory seeks the way out for the development type, the real estate company intervenes in the development type, and the group development type. In space, there will not be a continuous creative industrial belt along the coast of Suzhou River, but a special "creative section" gathering form may be formed. Combined with the initial creative industry agglomeration area and the historical building with development potential, this paper thinks that there are three sections with the most potential: the "creative warehouse" section on the banks of the four lines warehouse section along the coast of Suzhou River, the modern art section of Mogan Mountain Road with M50 as the core; Zhoujiaqiao advertising art creative section. This paper focuses on three mechanisms for the development of creative industries along the Suzhou River, namely, the interactive mechanism between the protection of historical buildings and the development of creative industries, the government-led multi-party promotion mechanism, and the promotion mechanism of creative industry agglomeration areas. The rich historical industrial and commercial buildings along the Suzhou River provide space for the development of creative industries, and the development of creative industries also promotes the protection of historical buildings. The protection of historical buildings and the development of creative industries form an interactive win-win mechanism in Suzhou River. The development of creative industry along Suzhou Creek is the result of the joint action of many factors, such as city, district government, park development enterprises, resident enterprises and so on. The evolution of "form-business form-ecology" in the agglomeration area promotes the development of creative industry in different ways in each stage. The formation of form can provide space for the development of creative industry, and the choice of form promotes the agglomeration and competition of creative enterprises. Ecological construction fosters an industrial ecological environment suitable for the development of creative industries. On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward two possible evolution directions of creative industry agglomeration area along Suzhou Creek: one is the art park represented by M50. With the development of the gathering area, the rent rises. The replacement and substitution of enterprises in the agglomeration area will gradually weaken their production functions, while the functions of display, transaction and consumption will be further strengthened, and finally, it may be possible to form the exhibition trade agglomeration area and leisure art district of modern art. The other is that the design creative industry agglomeration area, represented by the creative warehouse, will develop in the direction of concentration, high-end, enterprise resource sharing within the industry, interaction and mutual promotion, and the business and non-business links will increase.
