寒亭區(qū)廣播影視集團廣告管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計算機和網(wǎng)絡技術的發(fā)展,計算機的應用日益廣泛,已成為存儲、查詢、信息傳遞、分析的重要工具,人們對計算機應用程序的需求也越來越專業(yè)化、系統(tǒng)化。在廣告市場競爭日趨激烈的形勢下,影視集團廣告部如何更好的利用計算機網(wǎng)絡平臺,保證廣告經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析的精確性、廣告播出的正確性,為經(jīng)營決策提供數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù),已成為經(jīng)營管理中非常重要一部分,影視集團廣告經(jīng)營的計算機化管理日趨重要。為此本文研究了一套適合本廣播影視集團的廣告管理系統(tǒng),將對提高廣告的管理水平具有十分重要的意義。 本系統(tǒng)通過B/S模式實現(xiàn),運用了J2EE中的Struts開發(fā)技術,系統(tǒng)的所用的開發(fā)工具是MyEclipse5.5,數(shù)據(jù)庫采用SQLserver2000。 本論文研究了寒亭區(qū)廣播影視集團影視廣告管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)流程,通過詳細的調(diào)研,理清廣告管理的工作特點,通過對客戶管理,合同管理,播出單管理,媒體經(jīng)辦人管理和基礎信息管理的分析,闡明了廣告管理系統(tǒng)需要,并對系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)提出有效解決方案。本人在系統(tǒng)的研究中分析了廣告管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景,簡要闡述了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)趨勢;并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)存在的一些問題對系統(tǒng)功能進行了可行性的研究。主要對系統(tǒng)功能性需求進行了設計、參與了系統(tǒng)功能的劃分研究,另外對系統(tǒng)中的核心業(yè)務流程進行了分析。實現(xiàn)了客戶合同方面流程:影視集團領導傳達管理具體任務→客戶資料收集整理→客戶資料登記→合作方面事宜的商定→合同確認→合同的登記添加維護操作→辦公室修改→領導審定;實現(xiàn)了播出單管理方面流程:播出單基本錄入→領導審核通過→分析圖表→廣告播放管理。 實現(xiàn)了客戶管理,合同管理,播出單管理,媒體經(jīng)辦人管理和基礎信息管理等功能。通過廣告管理系統(tǒng)中關鍵業(yè)務應用的開發(fā),有步驟、有計劃地全面推進廣告管理;實現(xiàn)影視集團各個部門協(xié)調(diào)工作,統(tǒng)一管理;提高管理系統(tǒng)之間的共享和貫通,實現(xiàn)信息和服務雙贏。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer and network technology, the application of computer is becoming more and more extensive. It has become an important tool for storage, query, information transmission and analysis. Under the situation of increasingly fierce competition in the advertising market, how to make better use of the computer network platform to ensure the accuracy of statistical analysis of advertising management data, the correctness of advertising broadcast, and to provide data basis for business decisions, It has become a very important part of management, and the computerized management of advertising management of film and television group is becoming more and more important. Therefore, this paper studies a set of advertising management system suitable for the radio, television and film group, which will be of great significance to improve the level of advertising management. The system is realized by B / S mode, and the Struts development technology in J2EE is used. The development tool of the system is MyEclipse5.5, database and SQLserver2000.. This paper studies the development process of film and television advertising management system of Hanting radio, television and film group. Through detailed investigation, it clarifies the characteristics of advertising management, through customer management, contract management, broadcast list management. Based on the analysis of media manager management and basic information management, this paper expounds the need of advertising management system, and puts forward an effective solution to the realization of the system. In the research of the system, I analyzed the background of the development of the advertising management system, briefly described the development trend of the system, and studied the feasibility of the system function according to some problems of the system. It mainly designs the functional requirements of the system, participates in the research of the partition of the system functions, and analyzes the core business processes in the system. Realized the customer contract flow: the film and television group leader communicates the management specific task to collect the customer data to organize the customer data registration cooperation aspect the agreed contract confirmation contract registration adds the maintenance operation. Office revision and leadership approval; The flow of broadcast list management is realized: the management of advertisement broadcast is carried out through the examination and approval of the leader of the basic input of the broadcast list through the analysis of charts and charts. The functions of customer management, contract management, broadcast list management, media manager management and basic information management are realized. Through the development of the key business application in the advertising management system, step by step, promote the advertising management in a planned and comprehensive way, realize the coordinated work and unified management of the various departments of the film and television group; Improve the sharing and communication between management systems to achieve a win-win information and service.
