關于個人社交系統(tǒng)的交互設計研究

【摘要】:社交聚合是人們社交需求的解決方案之一。社交網(wǎng)絡在改變世界的同時,也帶來了一些問題,例如社交關系分散,交往群體單一等等。如何解決這些問題?答案正在求解中。本文提出來的解答是創(chuàng)造一個新的個人社交管理系統(tǒng),,即社交聚合。通過社交聚合,來管理用戶的社交賬號、管理用戶的社交信息和整理用戶在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的所有足跡。 隨著社交網(wǎng)絡的發(fā)展,它們在人們生活中所占的比例越來越大,重要性也越來越高。人們在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上留下了很多的文字、多媒體資料以及各種行為痕跡。人們分享和交流他們喜歡的東西。有時候,這些東西經(jīng)過病毒式傳播,在一段時間內成為很有影響力的內容。不論這些內容在宏觀上是否具有影響力,從微觀上來說,它們都是散落在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的個人成長足跡。因此,從更好地管理個人互聯(lián)網(wǎng)微信息的方向來說,社交聚合的出現(xiàn)是用戶需求的結果。 除了自我表達和自我展示,社交網(wǎng)絡的直接目的管理人際關系,降低人際交往成本。盡管人們很少關心跟他們有關的社交基本數(shù)據(jù),但這些數(shù)據(jù)通過量化和分析,可以衍生出很多重要的研究結論,對指導網(wǎng)絡產品的優(yōu)化升級、品牌營銷的策略、網(wǎng)絡廣告的投放技巧有很重要的作用?梢哉f,社交導致了人們的聯(lián)系方式、聯(lián)系內容還有交易方式開始發(fā)生巨大變化。因此,從穩(wěn)固現(xiàn)有人際關系并擴充新的人際關系的角度出發(fā),社交聚合的出現(xiàn)是用戶需求的結果。 本文的研究基石是作者在新媒傳信的飛信開放平臺的研究實踐項目。論文的研究重點在于探討如何通過個人社交系統(tǒng),將分散在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的個人微信息碎片組合集中起來進行管理。在探討的過程中,本論文從兩個角度出發(fā)。一方面研究現(xiàn)有社交模式的特點,提取其交互設計要素。另一方面通過對人的屬性進行分析研究,提出將人的人口統(tǒng)計學屬性、行為屬性和環(huán)境屬性這三大屬性融合到社交系統(tǒng)的設計之中。最后,這些設計要素融入到“以用戶為中心”的交互設計模型中,得到一個關于個人社交系統(tǒng)的交互設計模型。 本論文的創(chuàng)新之處是基于“以用戶為中心”的指導思想,對人的相關屬性進行分析和提取,最終得到一個針對個人社交系統(tǒng)的交互設計模型。同時,本文提出引入PET評估模型,嘗試超越傳統(tǒng)的可用性工程,使設計成果從“可用”層面提升到“愿意用”的層面。
[Abstract]:Social aggregation is one of the solutions to people's social needs. Social network not only changes the world, but also brings some problems, such as the dispersion of social relations, the singularity of social groups, and so on. How to solve these problems? The answer is being solved. The solution presented in this paper is to create a new personal social management system, called social aggregation. Social aggregation is used to manage users' social accounts, manage their social information and organize their footprints on the Internet. With the development of social networks, they are becoming more and more important in people's lives. People have left a lot of text, multimedia materials and various behavioral traces on the Internet. People share and communicate what they like. Sometimes these things go viral and become very influential content for a period of time. Whether or not this content is influential at the macro level, microscopically, it is a personal growth footprint scattered over the Internet. Therefore, in the direction of better managing personal Internet microinformation, the emergence of social aggregation is the result of user needs. In addition to self-expression and self-presentation, the direct purpose of social networks is to manage relationships and reduce communication costs. Although people rarely care about basic social data related to them, through quantification and analysis, these data can lead to a lot of important research conclusions that can guide the optimization and upgrading of online products, brand marketing strategies, Online advertising techniques have a very important role. It can be said that social contact has led to people's contact, contact content and trading methods began to change dramatically. Therefore, from the point of view of strengthening existing relationships and expanding new ones, the emergence of social aggregation is the result of users' needs. The cornerstone of this study is the author's research practice project on Fetion's open platform. The focus of this paper is on how to manage the individual microinformation fragments scattered over the Internet through personal social systems. In the process of discussion, this paper starts from two angles. On the one hand, the characteristics of the existing social patterns are studied, and the interaction design elements are extracted. On the other hand, through the analysis and research of the human attributes, this paper proposes the integration of demographic attributes, behavioral attributes and environmental attributes into the design of social system. Finally, these design elements are integrated into the "user-centered" interaction design model, and an interactive design model for the personal social system is obtained. The innovation of this paper is based on the "user-centered" guiding ideology, to analyze and extract the related attributes of people, and finally to get an interactive design model for personal social system. At the same time, this paper proposes the introduction of PET evaluation model to try to surpass the traditional usability engineering, so that the design results can be promoted from "available" to "willing to use".
