基于ARM微處理器的LED顯示屏控制器的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:In recent years, LED (light emitting diode, LED) electronic display screen as a high-tech product has attracted increasing attention. It can display or recycle text, graphics and image information in real time. It has many advantages, such as rich display mode, strong appreciation, convenient modification of display content, high brightness, stable display and long life span. It is widely used in commercial advertisements. Sports competitions, traffic information reports and many other fields. The core technology of LED display screen is mainly concentrated in the controller. At present, most asynchronous display screens use 8-bit or 16-bit microcontrollers. Due to the limitations of microprocessor processing speed, architecture, addressing range, peripheral interface resources and so on, it is difficult to display more pixels. Better dynamic visual effect can be obtained when the frame frequency of display content is high and the dynamic display effect is complex. In view of the above situation, this paper studies and develops a new LED display screen control system, which is composed of 32-bit high-performance ARM microprocessor. The hardware structure and software development are analyzed and designed in detail. According to the application background of LED display screen in passenger guidance system of train carriage, train and automobile station, this paper combines the function characteristics of LPC2138 and the functional requirement of LED display screen. The design of the display screen control system including power supply module, reset module, RS485 communication circuit and so on is introduced in detail. Data scan, data transmission, data communication and other functions of LED display screen are successfully realized. Combined with the communication protocol of RS485 control system and the requirement of system display, the software development flow of communication and control system of LED display screen is analyzed. The software flow structure of static and dynamic graphic and text display of the display screen is analyzed in detail, and the whole software processing flow from receiving data to displaying information on the upper computer is also analyzed. Finally, this paper analyzes several difficult problems encountered in the research and development of LED display screen control system, including: improving the reliability of RS485 bus and anti-interference problems, frequently changing the contents of the system to crash. The processing problem of visual effect when more content is displayed, and the solution is given. Through the actual test, the LED display control system in this paper has good performance, stable and reliable work, easy to maintain and upgrade, and has a very high performance-price ratio.
