【摘要】：正 經(jīng)陜西省工商行政管理局審核批準(zhǔn),陜西新聞廣告實(shí)業(yè)總公司1993年9月18日在西安成立。陜西新聞廣告實(shí)業(yè)總公司,是隸屬于陜西日?qǐng)?bào)社的一個(gè)具有獨(dú)立法人資格。并獨(dú)立經(jīng)營的全民所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體,是綜合性的廣告經(jīng)營企業(yè)。陜西新聞廣告實(shí)業(yè)總公司是適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和我國廣告管理體制的重大改革,即廣告代理制的推行而成立的。它將本著“求實(shí)、守信、開拓、奮進(jìn)”的企業(yè)精神,為企業(yè)整體策劃、設(shè)計(jì)制作廣告,承攬和代理
[Abstract]:Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce is approved, Shaanxi News Advertising Industrial Corporation was established in Xi'an on September 18, 1993. Shaanxi News Advertising Industrial Corporation, a subsidiary of Shaanxi Daily has an independent legal personality. And independent management of economic entities owned by the whole people, is a comprehensive advertising business. Shaanxi News Advertising Industrial Corporation was established to adapt to the development of market economy and the great reform of advertising management system in China, that is, the implementation of advertising agency system. It will be guided by the spirit of "seeking truth, keeping faith, opening up, and striving to advance". It will plan, design and produce advertisements, contracts and agents for the enterprise as a whole.
