基于IVR平臺(tái)的電話收音機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】：為了充分利用中國(guó)電信固網(wǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,推進(jìn)中國(guó)電信向綜合信息服務(wù)提供商轉(zhuǎn)型,經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)研部分省市“電話收音機(jī)”業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合中國(guó)電信業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以龐大的中國(guó)電信固話用戶群為基礎(chǔ),充分結(jié)合媒體及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息資源,采用新興語(yǔ)音處理技術(shù),開發(fā)電話收音機(jī)業(yè)務(wù),給用戶提供全新體驗(yàn),從而有力挖掘固網(wǎng)潛力,增加固話的用戶黏著度,盤活現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)電話網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,提高電話使用率,降低電話拆機(jī)率,增加業(yè)務(wù)收入。 電話收音機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)是基于信息資訊而開發(fā)的電話信息業(yè)務(wù),聽(tīng)眾可以通過(guò)電話在線收聽(tīng)廣播的直播節(jié)目,它突破了傳統(tǒng)廣播信號(hào)覆蓋范圍的限制,改變了傳統(tǒng)的電臺(tái)收聽(tīng)方式,電話不再僅僅作為傳統(tǒng)的通信工具,而變成新穎時(shí)尚的“在線收音機(jī)”,隨著業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,資訊日益豐富,電話最終將變成“在線網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息機(jī)”。 電話收音機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)是指用戶通過(guò)電話終端享受通過(guò)電話網(wǎng)絡(luò)所承載(含單向傳播和雙向互動(dòng))的音頻節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容的一種綜合信息服務(wù),該音頻節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容可以是廣播電臺(tái)的內(nèi)容,也可以是電視節(jié)目音頻內(nèi)容,還可以是自創(chuàng)節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容；可以是實(shí)時(shí)的,也可以是非實(shí)時(shí)的；可以是單向傳送的,也可以是雙向互動(dòng)的。其盈利模式采取前向信息收費(fèi)與后向頻道廣告收費(fèi)模式相結(jié)合的方式。 本文首先概要論述了電話收音機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的特點(diǎn)和國(guó)內(nèi)電話收音機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,然后著重論述電話收音機(jī)平臺(tái)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,內(nèi)容包括IVR平臺(tái)簡(jiǎn)介,電話收音機(jī)平臺(tái)技術(shù)原理,硬件設(shè)備,軟件說(shuō)明等內(nèi)容。在后面的章節(jié)中也詳細(xì)的整理論述了電話收音機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn),最后歸納總結(jié)該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),借以通過(guò)本文論述基于IVR平臺(tái)的電話收音機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)應(yīng)用方案。
[Abstract]:In order to make full use of the advantages of China Telecom's fixed network resources and to promote China Telecom's transition to integrated information service providers, after investigating the status quo of "telephone and radio" services in some provinces and cities, and combining with the current situation of China's telecom business development, Based on a large fixed telephone subscriber base of China Telecom, fully integrating media and Internet information resources, adopting new voice processing technology, developing telephone and radio business, providing users with a new experience, thus having the power to tap the potential of fixed network, Increasing the adhesion of fixed telephone users, activating the existing traditional telephone network resources, improving the telephone utilization rate, reducing the probability of telephone disassembly, increasing business income. The telephone radio service is a telephone information service based on information. Listeners can listen to live broadcast programs online by telephone. It breaks through the limits of the coverage of traditional broadcast signals and changes the traditional way of listening to radio stations. Telephone is no longer just a traditional communication tool, but a new and fashionable "online radio". With the continuous development of business, the information is increasingly abundant, and the telephone will eventually become "online network information machine". The telephone radio service refers to a comprehensive information service in which users enjoy the content of audio programs carried through the telephone network (including one-way transmission and two-way interaction) through telephone terminals. The audio program content may be the content of a broadcasting station. It can also be audio content of TV programs, it can also be self-created program content, it can be real-time, it can also be non-real-time, it can be one-way transmission, it can also be two-way interactive. The profit model adopts the combination of forward information charge and backward channel advertising. In this paper, the characteristics of the telephone radio service and the present situation of the domestic telephone radio service are briefly discussed, and then the architecture design and the technical implementation scheme of the telephone radio platform are emphatically discussed, including the brief introduction of the IVR platform. Telephone radio platform technical principle, hardware equipment, software description and so on. In the following chapters, the application design and implementation of the telephone and radio service are discussed in detail. Finally, the implementation results and lessons of the project are summarized and summarized. This paper discusses the design and application of telephone radio service based on IVR platform.
