設(shè)計方法學(xué)在插片式廣告機設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】: 傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法往往把事物分解為許多獨立的互不相干的部分分別加以研究,所得出的結(jié)論往往是片面的、有局限性的。設(shè)計方法學(xué)以系統(tǒng)工程的觀點把事物看成一個整體,,從分析各組成部分之間的有機聯(lián)系,以及系統(tǒng)與外界環(huán)境的關(guān)系入手,力求系統(tǒng)的整體最優(yōu)化。 本課題應(yīng)用設(shè)計方法學(xué)的原理和方法進行插片式廣告機的開發(fā)研制。把廣告機的設(shè)計過程分為產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、方案設(shè)計、技術(shù)設(shè)計和施工設(shè)計等四個階段,明確各階段的主要工作任務(wù)和目標(biāo),在此基礎(chǔ)上建立產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的進程模式。將分析、綜合、評價、決策的解題步驟貫徹于廣告機設(shè)計的各個階段,使問題逐步深入擴展,多方案求優(yōu),并成功地制作了樣機,較好地解決了插片式廣告機容易出現(xiàn)的畫面打兜、傾斜、卡滯斷片等技術(shù)難題。 從本課題的設(shè)計和分析中可以看出,設(shè)計方法學(xué)主要應(yīng)用于“新設(shè)計”,因為此時總是要求用新的解去實現(xiàn)新的功能。而在進行“適應(yīng)性設(shè)計”或“變型設(shè)計”時方法學(xué)則較少采用,原因是此時功能的考察已不再是重點。 本課題應(yīng)用設(shè)計方法學(xué)的原理和方法成功地進行了插片式廣告機的開發(fā)研制,達(dá)到了對設(shè)計方法學(xué)理論的驗證及新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的雙重目的,證明了設(shè)計方法學(xué)理論和方法的普遍適用性,是一次有意義的嘗試,也是設(shè)計方法學(xué)的一次應(yīng)用和實踐。
[Abstract]:The traditional design method often decomposes things into many separate parts, and the conclusions are often one-sided and limited. The design methodology regards things as a whole from the point of view of system engineering and tries to optimize the whole of the system by analyzing the organic relation between the components and the relationship between the system and the environment. In this paper, the principle and method of design methodology are applied to the development of insert-type advertising machine. The design process of advertising machine is divided into four stages: product planning, scheme design, technical design and construction design. The main tasks and objectives of each stage are defined, and the process mode of product development is established on this basis. The problem solving steps of analysis, synthesis, evaluation and decision have been carried out in every stage of advertisement machine design, so that the problem can be expanded deeply, many schemes can be optimized, and a prototype has been made successfully. It solves the technical problems such as tabling, tilting, blocking and so on, which are easy to appear in the insert-type advertisement machine. From the design and analysis of this subject, it can be seen that the design methodology is mainly applied to "new design", because at this time, new solutions are always required to achieve new functions. However, methodology is less used in adaptive design or variant design, because the function investigation is no longer the focus at this time. In this paper, the principle and method of design methodology are used to develop and develop the insert advertisement machine successfully, which has the dual purpose of verifying the theory of design methodology and developing new products. It is proved that the general applicability of the theory and method of design methodology is a meaningful attempt, and it is also an application and practice of design methodology.
