【摘要】：人們實(shí)際收入的提高,使旅游已經(jīng)成為許多人日常生活的一部分。旅游人群數(shù)量的增加,也使旅游的內(nèi)容越來(lái)越多樣化。工業(yè)旅游項(xiàng)目,作為旅游業(yè)的一個(gè)新的特殊的分支,在近十年的時(shí)間里,無(wú)論是游客的數(shù)量還是旅游的內(nèi)容都迅速的發(fā)展起來(lái)。工業(yè)旅游可以為企業(yè)帶來(lái)許多利益,工業(yè)旅游的門(mén)票會(huì)帶來(lái)直接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,工業(yè)旅游過(guò)程中單獨(dú)收費(fèi)的體驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的收入也成為企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤(rùn)的來(lái)源。同時(shí),參觀者通過(guò)工業(yè)旅游,了解了企業(yè)文化,對(duì)企業(yè)有更多的認(rèn)同感,無(wú)形中為企業(yè)自身做了廣告,為未來(lái)擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品銷售額提供可能性。對(duì)于游客來(lái)說(shuō),通過(guò)工業(yè)旅游,游客能夠獲得新的知識(shí),不僅僅是簡(jiǎn)單的游玩,在參觀過(guò)程中,了解產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)方式,體驗(yàn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。即能滿足旅游中的休閑要求,又能滿足精神方面的要求,是一種全新的旅游模式。這種旅游模式在國(guó)外已經(jīng)有許多成果案例,這些案例吸引了全球世界各地的人們到工程中參觀游玩。而國(guó)內(nèi)的工業(yè)旅游項(xiàng)目發(fā)展較晚,雖然也取得了一些進(jìn)展,但是與國(guó)際成功案例比較,相差甚遠(yuǎn)。文章主要包括四個(gè)部分。第一章,說(shuō)明了論文題目的來(lái)源,論文研究的目的和意義,研究的方法和論文的基本框架;第二章,論述了與工業(yè)旅游的基本定義。分析工業(yè)旅游的產(chǎn)生的原因,工業(yè)旅游的分類、特征等基礎(chǔ)理論;同時(shí)介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)旅游項(xiàng)目實(shí)際工程,探討國(guó)內(nèi)目前工業(yè)旅游和工業(yè)旅游建筑發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及原因;第三部分,從規(guī)劃布局、分群建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、節(jié)能防火等多方面,詳細(xì)介紹了本人參與的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目煙臺(tái)張?jiān)９I(yè)園的各個(gè)組成部分。第四部分從規(guī)劃角度總結(jié)了工業(yè)旅游規(guī)劃選址、園區(qū)規(guī)劃布局及流線的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、從建筑設(shè)計(jì)角度總結(jié)了內(nèi)部組成和流線設(shè)計(jì)、參觀方式、外部造型等工業(yè)旅游建筑設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the increase of people's real income, tourism has become a part of the daily life of many people. The increase in the number of tourists also makes the content of tourism more and more diversified. Industrial tourism projects, as a new special branch of tourism, have developed rapidly in the past ten years, both in terms of the number of tourists and the contents of tourism. Industrial tourism can bring a lot of benefits to enterprises, the admission ticket of industrial tourism will bring direct economic benefits, and the income of the experience items charged separately in the process of industrial tourism will also become the source of economic profits of enterprises. At the same time, through industrial tourism, visitors understand the corporate culture, have more identity with the enterprise, virtually for the enterprise itself advertising, for the future expansion of product sales to provide the possibility. For tourists, through industrial tourism, tourists can acquire new knowledge, not only simple play, in the process of visiting, understand the production of products, experience the production process. It is a brand-new tourism mode that can satisfy both the leisure and spiritual requirements of tourism. There have been many successful cases abroad, which have attracted people from all over the world to visit projects. But the domestic industrial tourism project develops late, although also has made some progress, but compares with the international successful case, the disparity is very big. The article mainly includes four parts. The first chapter explains the origin of the thesis title, the purpose and significance of the paper research, the research methods and the basic framework of the paper, and the second chapter discusses the basic definition of industrial tourism. This paper analyzes the reasons for the emergence of industrial tourism, the classification and characteristics of industrial tourism, and introduces the practical projects of industrial tourism projects at home and abroad, and probes into the present situation and reasons of industrial tourism and industrial tourism buildings in China. The third part, from the planning layout, the group architecture design, the landscape design, the energy saving and the fire prevention and so on many aspects, has introduced in detail the actual project Yantai Zhangyu industrial park each constituent which I participated in. The fourth part summarizes the industrial tourism planning location, park layout and streamline design points from the point of view of planning. From the architectural design point of view, summarizes the internal composition and streamline design, visit mode, external modeling and other industrial tourism architecture design points.
