基于智能Agent的社區(qū)化信息檢索系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】: Web給信息檢索帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。Web上的信息量快速增長,同時不斷有毫無經驗的新用戶來體驗Web這門藝術。人們喜歡用超級鏈接來網上沖浪,通常都是由一些重要的網頁或搜索引擎開始。而基于關鍵詞的自動搜索引擎通常返回太多的低質量的匹配。更糟的是,一些廣告為了贏得人們的關注想方設法誤導自動搜索引擎。 個性化服務是解決以上問題的有效途徑,而具有個性化和互動性特征的社區(qū)化代表了搜索引擎發(fā)展的新方向,同時具有良好的適應性和學習特性的Agent技術因為融合了人工智能(AI)技術,是目前個性化主動服務研究中的熱點和前沿,智能Agent可以從用戶的日常行為中進行學習,了解用戶的興趣,動態(tài)的修改用戶興趣模型,自主的在Internet上漫游,收集用戶感興趣的信息,通過PUSH技術,主動向用戶提供個性化的服務,這就提高了搜索引擎的快速性、準確性、自主性、靈活性和智能性。 伴隨著Web2.0的興起,“個性化”除了體現(xiàn)在用戶對搜索內容差異需求外,用戶對“互動性”的渴求可看作是“個性化”的另一個層面的體現(xiàn)。作為互動的搜索方式,“社區(qū)化搜索”幫助用戶獲得其他用戶所保存的同主題相關內容,使得用戶既是搜索內容的使用者,又是搜索內容的創(chuàng)造者。 本文從信息檢索用戶的角度出發(fā),針對信息過載的問題提出了一種智能信息檢索系統(tǒng)的構造方案,它在目前已有的搜索引擎的基礎上進行改進,能夠學習用戶的興趣、愛好和特性,細化搜索結果,屏蔽掉無用的信息,并能夠主動幫助用戶獲取信息,利用“社區(qū)化”來提供互動性服務,實現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網信息的及時獲取、主動呈現(xiàn),方便用戶使用,節(jié)約用戶的時間和精力。
[Abstract]:Web brings new challenges to information retrieval. The amount of information on the web grows rapidly, and there are new users who have no experience to experience the art of Web. People like to use hyperlinks to surf the web, usually starting with important web pages or search engines. Keyword-based automatic search engines often return too many low-quality matches. To make matters worse, some ads try to mislead automated search engines in order to win attention. Personalized service is an effective way to solve the above problems, and the community with personalized and interactive characteristics represents the new direction of search engine development. At the same time, the Agent technology, which has good adaptability and learning characteristics, is the hotspot and front line in the research of personalized active service because of the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Intelligent Agent can be learned from the daily behavior of users. Understand user's interest, modify user's interest model dynamically, roam independently on Internet, collect information that user is interested in, offer individualized service to user actively through PUSH technology, this has improved the speed of search engine. Accuracy, autonomy, flexibility and intelligence. With the rise of Web2.0, "personalization" can be seen as another aspect of "personalization" besides the different demand for search content. As an interactive search method, "community search" helps users to obtain relevant content of the same subject that other users save, which makes users be both users and creators of search content. In this paper, from the point of view of information retrieval users, an intelligent information retrieval system is proposed to solve the problem of information overload. It is improved on the basis of existing search engines and can learn the interests of users. Hobbies and features, refinement of search results, screening of useless information, and can actively help users to obtain information, use "community" to provide interactive services, to achieve timely access to Internet information, active presentation, easy for users to use, Save the user's time and energy.
