北宋茶詩的文化蘊涵及其功用研究

【摘要】： 中國人早有飲茶的傳統(tǒng),到了北宋時期,由于社會穩(wěn)定,國泰民安,茶葉種植面積擴大,因此飲茶之風(fēng)更為興盛,許多文人士大夫也都愛飲茶。在此背景下,詩人們創(chuàng)作了大量的詠茶之詩。因此,到了北宋的時候,茶詩和茶文化的發(fā)展又達到了一個新的高度。在這個時期,不僅各種茶詩茶詞層出不窮,而且各種飲茶風(fēng)俗和禮儀也普及社會的各個階層,深入到平民老百姓的日常生活之中,與此同時,各種茶技茶藝更是甚為精致,如點茶斗茶等活動很是流行。這些內(nèi)容在北宋的茶詩中都有相關(guān)記載,可是研究茶史的人卻較少研究茶詩。茶詩對茶的描寫,特別是對飲茶的描寫,是宋詩生活化、細(xì)膩化、精致化的一種表現(xiàn),當(dāng)時的飲茶之風(fēng)也是文人生活極度雅致、藝術(shù)化、生活化的一種表現(xiàn),與禪悅之風(fēng)等息息相關(guān)。從茶詩中,我們可以看到當(dāng)時北宋文人飲茶生活的方方面面。 本論文即以北宋茶詩為研究對象,對北宋茶詩進行全面梳理和分析,通過對其作品進行研究與統(tǒng)計,探討其形成的文化背景,進而分析其文化內(nèi)涵,并再現(xiàn)文人飲茶的幾種生活場景,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上分析其價值功用,論證茶詩對社會文化發(fā)展的作用,比如茶詩對傳統(tǒng)民俗的流傳、人們?nèi)松^的影響,茶詩對人民生活質(zhì)量以及茶產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)銷售等方面的推動作用,進而挖掘?qū)Ρ彼尾柙娢幕瘍r值功用研究的當(dāng)代意義。 對北宋茶詩進行研究意義深遠。首先,北宋茶詩具有豐富深刻的文化蘊含。一方面,它完整地呈現(xiàn)出北宋文人的飲茶生活,他們借飲茶寫詩來抒發(fā)志向,與朋友聯(lián)絡(luò)感情,通過飲茶激發(fā)靈感甚至陶冶情操,調(diào)適心情;另一方面,它也傳達了北宋詩人的藝術(shù)情趣,體現(xiàn)出詩人理性思辨的風(fēng)格,描繪出清幽閑適的意境。其次,北宋茶詩具有廣泛的社會文化價值功用。茶詩中記敘的茶風(fēng)茶道將傳統(tǒng)的習(xí)俗生動地流傳了下來;茶詩中的禪理包含對人生的感悟,值得我們思考與學(xué)習(xí);茶詩中描述的意境詩化了現(xiàn)實的生活;另外,茶詩中也說明了一些養(yǎng)生的功效,利于人們修身養(yǎng)性。再次,北宋茶詩中還展示了當(dāng)時精美的茶具茶器以及幽美的飲茶環(huán)境,這對于當(dāng)今茶葉相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有極大的借鑒意義。因此,北宋茶詩對當(dāng)代社會的發(fā)展是極為有價值的,對人民生活質(zhì)量的提高、茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展以及國際交流都有巨大的推動作用。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:第一,北宋茶詩數(shù)量豐富,雖然在對茶詩研究上,前人和學(xué)者已經(jīng)取得了很大成就,但焦點多為茶葉歷史、茶葉經(jīng)濟、茶葉科學(xué)、茶葉文化以及與文人的關(guān)系等方面等方面,很少有見把對茶詩的文化蘊涵與其功用結(jié)合起來,深入地從各個方面來研究其對社會發(fā)展的作用,并且運用文字與實物對照起來的方法進行論證與探討的。 第二,本文通過對北宋茶詩的研究,由茶、茶葉文化向茶產(chǎn)業(yè)文化延伸,通過對茶詩中記述的茶技茶藝、茶具和飲茶環(huán)境等的分析,來向茶產(chǎn)業(yè)和相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展延伸,研究茶具的生產(chǎn)與美感,飲茶環(huán)境建設(shè)、茶聯(lián)廣告宣傳,以及書法、旅游等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展問題。通過研究,不僅有利于我們更好地全方面地理解茶詩,而且可以更好地指導(dǎo)實際生活,提高人們的生活品質(zhì),多層面地為茶葉企業(yè)文化建設(shè)作貢獻,促進中國傳統(tǒng)文化的繼承和國際茶文化的交流。
[Abstract]:Chinese people had a tradition of drinking tea. In the Northern Song Dynasty, because of the social stability, the country and the people, the tea planting area was enlarged, so the tea drinking wind was flourishing, and many scholars and literati loved to drink tea. In this context, the poets created a lot of poetry chanting tea. Therefore, the development of Tea Poetry and tea culture reached the time of the Northern Song Dynasty. In this period, not only all kinds of tea poetry have come out, but all kinds of tea customs and etiquette have also been popularized in every class of the society. At the same time, all kinds of tea technology and tea art are more exquisite, such as tea fighting and tea activities are popular. These contents are in the Northern Song Dynasty tea poetry. There are some related records, but the people who have studied the history of tea seldom study the tea poetry. The description of tea, especially the description of tea drinking, is a manifestation of the life of the Song poetry, the exquisite and exquisite.
