【摘要】： 公共設(shè)施是城市環(huán)境系統(tǒng)中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),它為人們的生活提供方便,同時也協(xié)調(diào)著人與城市環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系。城市公共設(shè)施是城市中分布最廣,使用最多,且與人群接觸最為密切的固定設(shè)施,它以其特有的功能特點遍布城市的大街小巷。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,人們對生活環(huán)境質(zhì)量的要求越來越高。由于多種多樣的公共設(shè)施是支持著人們的室外活動的有效力量,城市公共設(shè)施的建設(shè)與完善已顯得相當(dāng)迫切。 伴隨著信息時代的到來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)普遍應(yīng)用到生活的各個方面。城市公共設(shè)施作為城市不可缺少的元素,在設(shè)計上應(yīng)該突破傳統(tǒng)的“城市街道擺設(shè)”概念,引入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),使之具有更多功能,做到以人為本,使人們的生活更加便捷,高效。 信息設(shè)施作為城市公共設(shè)施的一個重要分支,影響和改變著人們的日常生活,加速信息的傳遞。信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)施在現(xiàn)代城市公共環(huán)境中的作用越來越大,它包括了標(biāo)識、商店招牌、商業(yè)廣告與告示、導(dǎo)向牌、公用電話、郵箱、時鐘、地標(biāo)等等。它在城市環(huán)境中同樣扮演著重要的角色,以其特有的信息傳播功能,起到至關(guān)重要的傳播媒介和信息媒介的作用。好的信息設(shè)施不僅能夠起到傳播信息的作用,更能為城市增添現(xiàn)代化氣息;與此相反,不好的信息設(shè)施則會帶來視覺污染。 本文首先對城市公共設(shè)施的定義,設(shè)計要點進行研究,接下來著重分析公共信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)施設(shè)計情況尤其對信息亭進行研究,在分析中采用了分類研究的辦法,結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,層次遞進,將城市信息設(shè)施按使用類別進行劃分,逐一研究,指出當(dāng)代信息設(shè)施設(shè)計中存在的不足,展望未來數(shù)字信息化時代我國城市信息設(shè)施的發(fā)展趨勢,對未來設(shè)計具有良好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Public facilities is an important link in urban environmental system. It provides convenience for people's life and coordinates the relationship between people and urban environment. Urban public facilities are the most widely distributed, most used, and most closely contact with the crowd of fixed facilities, it has its unique functional characteristics all over the city's streets and alleys. With the development of social economy, people's demands on the quality of living environment are higher and higher. Because of the variety of public facilities are supporting people's outdoor activities of the effective force, the construction and improvement of urban public facilities has become quite urgent. With the arrival of the information age, network technology is widely used in all aspects of life. As an indispensable element of a city, urban public facilities should be designed to break through the traditional concept of "urban street furnishings", introduce Internet technology, make it have more functions, be people-oriented, and make people's life more convenient. High efficiency. As an important branch of urban public facilities, information facilities affect and change people's daily life and speed up the transmission of information. Information system facilities play an increasingly important role in the modern urban public environment. They include logos, store signs, commercial advertisements and notices, guidance signs, public telephones, mailboxes, clocks, landmarks, and so on. It also plays an important role in the urban environment, and plays an important role in communication media and information media with its unique information dissemination function. Good information facilities can not only play a role in disseminating information, but also add a modern atmosphere to the city; on the contrary, bad information facilities will bring visual pollution. In this paper, the definition and design essentials of urban public facilities are studied, and then the design situation of public information system facilities, especially the information kiosks, is analyzed. In the analysis, the method of classified research is adopted, and the structure is clear. In this paper, the urban information facilities are divided according to the types of use, and studied one by one, pointing out the shortcomings in the design of contemporary information facilities, and looking forward to the development trend of the urban information facilities in the future digital information age in China. It has good reference significance for future design.
