【摘要】：近年來，隨著信息技術(shù)以及移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展，手機(jī)愈來愈成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪胁豢苫蛉钡囊环N通信工具，而由于手機(jī)短信方便快捷等諸多特性，使得手機(jī)短信愈來愈成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪械囊环N重要的溝通交流方式。而通過短信平臺(tái)發(fā)布廣告信息也逐漸成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的一種新的營銷策略。尤其是在金融行業(yè)中，，手機(jī)短信已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)各大商業(yè)銀行向客戶提供金融服務(wù)的重要電子渠道之一。銀行通過短信平臺(tái)可以將銀行新的金融業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)或基金產(chǎn)品介紹等發(fā)送給客戶，同時(shí)還可以將客戶的消費(fèi)等基本信息及時(shí)傳達(dá)給客戶，從而為客戶提供更加方便、快捷、貼身的金融服務(wù)，豐富銀行的服務(wù)渠道，提高銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。移動(dòng)通訊技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展帶動(dòng)起短信平臺(tái)開發(fā)技術(shù)的日益成熟，伴隨著新一代軟件開發(fā)領(lǐng)域技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，使得基于移動(dòng)通訊商提供的短信發(fā)送接口開發(fā)軟件系統(tǒng)成為可能。此外由于短信營銷方式的低廉高效使得短信平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)日益成為當(dāng)今世界現(xiàn)階段軟件開發(fā)行業(yè)內(nèi)部的一個(gè)新的熱點(diǎn)。 本文正是借助于交通銀行信用卡中心短信平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)，詳細(xì)的介紹了信用卡中心短信平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程中的需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)維護(hù)。在系統(tǒng)分析中詳細(xì)的給出了信用卡中心對(duì)于短信平臺(tái)的各種業(yè)務(wù)需求的數(shù)據(jù)流程圖，并且利用UML的用例圖對(duì)于系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要建模給出了系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊的簡(jiǎn)要用例圖。而在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中則詳細(xì)的給出了短信平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)圖，并簡(jiǎn)要介紹了系統(tǒng)具體功能模塊需要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能，并對(duì)于系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中則簡(jiǎn)要給出了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能模塊的界面圖，并給出了部分界面簡(jiǎn)要功能代碼的實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后則簡(jiǎn)要介紹了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試以及維護(hù)的方法并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的測(cè)試。通過系統(tǒng)測(cè)試，我們可以驗(yàn)證短信平臺(tái)可以正常運(yùn)行，而實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明短信平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)具體功能可以滿足中心的日常業(yè)務(wù)需求。 本文的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)引進(jìn)了比較流行的三層架構(gòu)體系技術(shù)，該技術(shù)的引進(jìn)不僅促進(jìn)了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)速度而且也很好地保證了在系統(tǒng)維護(hù)階段時(shí)系統(tǒng)程序的可維護(hù)性大大的增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)的生命力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of information technology and mobile communication technology, mobile phone has become an indispensable communication tool in people's daily life. Mobile phone SMS has become an important way of communication and communication in people's daily life. Publishing advertising information through short message platform has gradually become a new marketing strategy for modern enterprises. Especially in the financial industry, SMS has become one of the important electronic channels for domestic commercial banks to provide financial services to customers. Through the short message platform, the bank can send the bank's new financial service or fund product introduction to the customer, at the same time, it can also convey the customer's consumption and other basic information to the customer in time, thus providing the customer with more convenience and rapidity. Close financial services, enrich the service channels of banks, improve the competitiveness of banks. With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, the development technology of short message platform becomes more and more mature. With the continuous development of the new generation of software development technology, it is possible to develop software system based on SMS interface provided by mobile communication provider. In addition, because of the low cost and high efficiency of short message marketing, the development of short message platform system has become a new hot spot in the software development industry. With the help of the development and realization of the credit card center short message platform system of the Bank of Communications, this paper introduces the requirement analysis, system design, system realization and system maintenance of the credit card center short message platform system in detail. In the system analysis, the data flow chart of the various business requirements of the credit card center for the short message platform is given in detail, and the use case diagram of UML is used to model the system briefly, and the brief use case diagram of each function module of the system is given. In the system design, the frame structure diagram of the short message platform system is given in detail, and the function of the specific function module of the system is briefly introduced, and the database system of the system is designed in detail. In the implementation of the system, the interface diagram of the main function modules is given, and the realization of some brief function codes of the interface is given. Finally, the system testing and maintenance methods are briefly introduced and the system is tested in detail. Through the system test, we can verify that the short message platform can run normally, and the actual operation shows that the specific functions of the short message platform system can meet the daily business needs of the center. The system design and development of this paper introduces the popular three-tier architecture technology. The introduction of this technology not only promotes the development speed of the system, but also ensures the maintainability of the system program during the system maintenance stage, which greatly enhances the vitality of the system.
