【摘要】：隨我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟不斷地迅速地發(fā)展,農(nóng)村信用合作社在立足與服務“三農(nóng)”的基礎上,積極地拓展服務領域,為創(chuàng)新服務的品種,增加服務的手段,服務的功能進一步增強做出努力。農(nóng)村信用社的網(wǎng)點管理是一項極其復雜的系統(tǒng)工程,單單從某一個方面去努力是不行的。既不能脫離農(nóng)村信用社的實際,不顧農(nóng)村信用社的生存土壤,而簡單的適用商業(yè)銀行的管理辦法。我們應敢于正視農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟帶來的金融環(huán)境變化的現(xiàn)實,制定出與時俱進的具體管理措施,采用先進科技手段,堅持服務“三農(nóng)”的方向,在確保資金安全營運的同時,努力地實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村信用社經(jīng)濟效益的提高。本論文對目前國內的農(nóng)村信用在社業(yè)務處理過程中的問題進行了深入分析,對國內信用社管理方式現(xiàn)狀進行研究,結合中國實際國情,對信用社智能業(yè)務處理系統(tǒng)進行分析和設計,完成了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)和實際應用�；贛VC和B/S架構,利用c#為開發(fā)語言,采用了物理層、邏輯處理層、數(shù)據(jù)處理層和應用層的四層架構設計,從功能上看,系統(tǒng)分為了五個大的模塊,即客戶管理、合同管理、廣告管理、觸摸屏管理和賬簿報表查看。其中,客戶管理的主要工作是管理加入農(nóng)村信用社的客戶信息,合同管理是對金融業(yè)務過程中涉及的合同情況進行管理,廣告管理是為網(wǎng)點各類廣告而服務,觸摸屏管理主要是指對觸摸屏內容上的管理,而賬簿查看是一個很實用的功能,用于查看系統(tǒng)的報表情況。通過測試,系統(tǒng)滿足了信用社智能業(yè)務處理需求,為我國信用社經(jīng)濟的順利開展具有一定的指導作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous and rapid development of rural economy in China, rural credit cooperatives actively expand their service fields on the basis of "three rural areas", in order to innovate the variety of services and increase the means of service. Efforts are made to further enhance the functionality of the service. The network management of rural credit cooperatives is an extremely complex system engineering, it is not possible to work hard from one aspect alone. It can not be divorced from the reality of rural credit cooperatives and ignore the survival soil of rural credit cooperatives, but simply apply the management methods of commercial banks. We should dare to face up to the reality of the changes in the financial environment brought by the rural economy, formulate concrete management measures to keep pace with the times, adopt advanced scientific and technological means, adhere to the direction of serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and ensure the safe operation of funds at the same time. Efforts will be made to improve the economic efficiency of rural credit cooperatives. This paper has carried on the thorough analysis to the present domestic countryside credit in the cooperative business processing process question, has carried on the research to the domestic credit cooperative management way present situation, unifies the Chinese actual situation, The intelligent business processing system of credit cooperative is analyzed and designed, and the system is realized and applied. Based on MVC and B / S architecture, using c# as the development language, this paper adopts the four layers architecture design of physical layer, logical processing layer, data processing layer and application layer. From a functional point of view, the system is divided into five big modules, that is, customer management, contract management, and so on. Advertising management, touch screen management and account report viewing. Among them, the main work of customer management is to manage the customer information of joining rural credit cooperatives, contract management is to manage the contract situation involved in the financial business process, and advertising management is to serve all kinds of advertisements in the network. Touch screen management mainly refers to the touch screen content management, and the book view is a very practical function, used to view the system reports. Through testing, the system meets the demand of intelligent business processing of credit cooperatives, and has a certain guiding role for the smooth development of China's credit cooperatives economy.
