【摘要】： 自助式機(jī)器作為一種全天候、無(wú)人值守設(shè)備,直接面對(duì)顧客,涉及到系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、設(shè)備、金融等安全問(wèn)題,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控機(jī)柜內(nèi)部狀態(tài),可以保證系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備安全,穩(wěn)定可靠地工作,有利于保證收益安全。 本文結(jié)合課題研究和實(shí)際項(xiàng)目需要,研制了一套用于自助式機(jī)器機(jī)柜內(nèi)部設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)控和設(shè)備管理的模塊。該模塊由設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)控模塊(多路開關(guān)量IO模塊)和設(shè)備管理模塊(電子標(biāo)簽管理模塊)組成。多路開關(guān)量IO模塊主要用于對(duì)機(jī)柜內(nèi)部運(yùn)行環(huán)境、設(shè)備的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),如當(dāng)機(jī)柜內(nèi)部環(huán)境溫度不在機(jī)器工作允許的溫度范圍內(nèi)時(shí),模塊可控制加熱器、換氣和散熱風(fēng)扇的開啟或關(guān)閉,將機(jī)柜內(nèi)部環(huán)境溫度控制在合適的范圍內(nèi)。當(dāng)用于檢測(cè)機(jī)柜門的開/合狀態(tài)、鎖狀態(tài)的傳感器檢測(cè)到門非法打開,或錢箱非法移動(dòng)時(shí),控制卡會(huì)及時(shí)啟動(dòng)報(bào)警器,并將消息上報(bào),保證現(xiàn)金安全,當(dāng)人體感應(yīng)傳感器探測(cè)到有人靠近自動(dòng)售票機(jī)時(shí),自動(dòng)售票機(jī)從廣告模式轉(zhuǎn)為售票模式。電子標(biāo)簽管理模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)設(shè)備的重要模塊(如紙幣錢箱、票箱)的電子ID進(jìn)行讀寫,為票務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)、審計(jì)等管理需要提供計(jì)算機(jī)化管理的硬件基礎(chǔ),及保證收益安全。 通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室調(diào)試和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試,本模塊設(shè)計(jì)可滿足實(shí)用要求。
[Abstract]:As a kind of all-weather, unattended equipment, self-service machine directly faces customers, which involves security problems such as system, data, network, equipment, finance and so on. The real-time monitoring of the internal state of the cabinet can ensure the safety of the system and equipment. Stable and reliable work, is conducive to ensure the security of revenue. In this paper, a set of modules is developed to monitor and manage the status of the equipment inside the self-service machine cabinet according to the project research and the actual project needs. The module consists of device state monitoring module (multiplex IO module) and device management module (tag management module). The multiplex switch IO module is mainly used to monitor the operating environment of the cabinet and the state of the equipment in real time. For example, when the temperature inside the cabinet is not within the temperature range allowed by the machine, the module can control the heater. Open or close the ventilator and cooling fan, control the temperature inside the cabinet within the appropriate range. When the sensor used to detect the open / close state of the cabinet door or the locked state sensor detects the illegal opening of the door or the illegal movement of the cash box, the control card will start the alarm in time and report the information to ensure the cash safety. When the sensor detects people approaching the vending machine, the vending machine changes from advertising mode to ticketing mode. The electronic label management module mainly realizes the reading and writing of the electronic ID of the important module of the equipment (such as paper money box, ticket box). It provides the hardware foundation of computerized management for ticket affairs, finance, audit and so on, and ensures the income security. Through the laboratory debugging and field debugging, this module design can meet the practical requirements.
