【摘要】：隨著生活節(jié)奏的加快,人們?cè)絹?lái)越依賴(lài)手機(jī),而一些惡意呼叫和廣告外呼的出現(xiàn),使得人們不敢輕易接聽(tīng)陌生號(hào)碼的來(lái)電；這在規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的同時(shí),也把一些有用的來(lái)電給過(guò)濾掉了。手機(jī)名片業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)支持用戶可以自行設(shè)置個(gè)性化的名片信息和拒接后的場(chǎng)景提示信息。同時(shí),在通話過(guò)程中采用USSD技術(shù),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)主叫用戶發(fā)起呼叫且觸發(fā)到業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)后,系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)將主叫的個(gè)性化名片即時(shí)彈屏到被叫手機(jī)上,被叫用戶可以選擇接聽(tīng)或進(jìn)行拒接,在拒接后的同時(shí),系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)將被叫預(yù)先設(shè)置的個(gè)性化場(chǎng)景信息彈屏到被叫手機(jī)上,供被叫選擇回復(fù)。 首先分析了安徽聯(lián)通在客戶服務(wù)過(guò)程中所面臨的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,指出了用戶的需求,進(jìn)而明確了基于USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data,非結(jié)構(gòu)化補(bǔ)充業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù))技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)手機(jī)名片業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,討論了系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的用戶注冊(cè)和注銷(xiāo)、名片管理和定制、語(yǔ)音交互管理、運(yùn)維統(tǒng)計(jì)、計(jì)費(fèi)、企業(yè)信息管理及呼轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)置等主要功能,分析了用戶對(duì)情景管理,情景自錄、用戶與系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)和企業(yè)平臺(tái)之間消息交互以及后臺(tái)審核等主要流程。然后分析了系統(tǒng)基于分布式的SOA架構(gòu),對(duì)工VR(互動(dòng)式語(yǔ)音應(yīng)答)子系統(tǒng)、USSD消息處理等子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),其中基于USSD重點(diǎn)討論了手機(jī)名片業(yè)務(wù)邏輯設(shè)計(jì)、USSD網(wǎng)關(guān)的安全設(shè)計(jì)等核心內(nèi)容。最后對(duì)手機(jī)名片業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的可擴(kuò)展性和系統(tǒng)的投資效益進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:As the pace of life accelerates, people rely more and more on mobile phones, and the emergence of some malicious calls and ad calls makes people afraid to easily answer calls from unfamiliar numbers; this avoids risks at the same time, Some useful calls have also been filtered out. The business card system supports the user to set up the personalized business card information and the scene prompt information after rejection. At the same time, when the calling user initiates the call and triggers the call to the business platform, the system can automatically screen the calling card to the called mobile phone by using USSD technology. The called user can choose to answer or reject, and at the same time, the system automatically will be called a pre-set personalized scene information screen to be called on the mobile phone, for being called to choose to reply. This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems faced by Anhui Unicom in the process of customer service, points out the needs of users, and then clarifies the necessity of developing mobile phone business card service system based on USSD / unstructured Supplementary Service Data, unstructured supplementary service data) technology. On this basis, the main functions of the system platform, such as user registration and cancellation, business card management and customization, voice interactive management, operation and maintenance statistics, accounting, enterprise information management and call transfer setting, are discussed. Scenario self-recording, message interaction between user and system platform and enterprise platform, background audit and other main processes. Then, the system based on distributed SOA architecture is analyzed, and the system is designed in detail, such as interactive voice response subsystem, such as message processing subsystem. The security design of the business card service logic design and the security design of USSD gateway based on USSD are discussed in detail. Finally, the expansibility of the business card business system and the investment benefit of the system are analyzed.
