【摘要】:隨著信息社會(huì)的發(fā)展,辦公業(yè)也發(fā)生了巨大的變化,手工操作型的辦公業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)越來(lái)越不適應(yīng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。因此辦公業(yè)也必須適應(yīng)信息社會(huì)的發(fā)展,充分采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)廣告公司各部門(mén)之間的信息交流和溝通,以及業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的共享和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。充分利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢(shì),提高企業(yè)辦公效率,輔助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策,力爭(zhēng)使企業(yè)整體經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。 本系統(tǒng)是在分析用戶需求的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)**廣告公司提出的具體要求,結(jié)合媒體行業(yè)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目,旨在通過(guò)該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,提高企業(yè)對(duì)外公眾形象、增加服務(wù)內(nèi)容、提高辦公質(zhì)量,加大業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)字化程度,節(jié)省人力物力,提高工作效率。系統(tǒng)基于內(nèi)部辦公網(wǎng)絡(luò)的Intranet,利用web服務(wù)器和瀏覽器技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的信息交互、綜合和共享,實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一的人機(jī)界面和跨平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)。因此可以真正做到局域和遠(yuǎn)程信息的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)資源的綜合共享,為用戶提供辦公自內(nèi)由外、從底層到高端的所有展示和應(yīng)用。 本系統(tǒng)主要包括個(gè)人辦公、公文管理、公共信息、信息發(fā)布、人事檔案管理,行政辦公管理和系統(tǒng)管理七大模塊。其中個(gè)人辦公模塊主要功能是完成日常辦公中員工個(gè)人經(jīng)常使用的功能。公文管理模塊主要功能是完成公文發(fā)布、公文審批、公文歸檔功能。公共信息管理模塊主要功能是新聞通知發(fā)布,規(guī)章制度的出臺(tái)及參考期刊發(fā)布。人事檔案管理模塊的功能有登記考勤、審核轉(zhuǎn)正、審核離職申請(qǐng)、管理員工信息等。消息管理模塊是實(shí)現(xiàn)員工間信息聯(lián)絡(luò)的功能如時(shí)事通訊和郵件服務(wù)等。系統(tǒng)管理模塊的功能有員工帳號(hào)密碼管理,系統(tǒng)模塊增加和刪除,權(quán)限管理等。
[Abstract]:With the development of information society, the office industry has also undergone tremendous changes, manual office business has become more and more inadaptable to the development of society. Therefore, the office industry must adapt to the development of the information society, fully adopt the network technology, realize the information exchange and communication among the various departments of the advertising company, as well as the sharing of the business data and the statistical analysis. Make full use of the advantage of computer network, improve the efficiency of the office of the enterprise, assist the leader to make decision, and strive to make the whole management level of the enterprise to a high level. This system is based on the analysis of the needs of users, according to the specific requirements put forward by advertising companies, combined with the characteristics of the media industry, the design and development project is designed to improve the public image of enterprises through the implementation of the project. Increase service content, improve office quality, increase digitization of business, save manpower and material resources, improve work efficiency. Based on the Intranet of internal office network, the system uses web server and browser technology to realize the information exchange, synthesis and sharing on the whole network, and realizes the unified man-machine interface and cross-platform database access. Therefore, it can truly achieve the real-time monitoring of local and remote information, the comprehensive sharing of data resources, and provide users with all the display and application from the inside and outside, from the bottom to the top. The system mainly includes seven modules: personal office, document management, public information, information release, personnel file management, administrative office management and system management. One of the main functions of the personal office module is to complete the daily office employees often use the function. The main function of document management module is to complete the issuance of official documents, document approval, document archiving function. The main function of the public information management module is news announcement, rules and regulations and reference periodical publication. The function of personnel file management module is to register attendance, check and turn over, check exit application, manage employee information, etc. Message management module is a function of communication between employees, such as newsletters and mail services. The functions of system management module include employee account password management, system module add and delete, privilege management and so on.
