【摘要】:本文的研究主題是兒童網(wǎng)站的界面設(shè)計方法;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)在科學(xué)技術(shù)如此先進(jìn)的今天,已經(jīng)儼然成為緊密環(huán)繞孩子們生活環(huán)境的一部分:他們的日常生活、學(xué)習(xí)、娛樂、交友等都與之發(fā)生著聯(lián)系,在許多時候,網(wǎng)絡(luò)給予了他們開始某項活動的動機(jī)和可能。但是,我國現(xiàn)有的兒童網(wǎng)站界面卻有很多不盡如兒童之意的地方:網(wǎng)站信息量過大而體積臃腫、內(nèi)容劃分雜亂無章、冗長的大片文字、過多的不適宜廣告鏈接……。究其原因,主要在于在某些方面設(shè)計師未能實現(xiàn)兒童網(wǎng)站界面所應(yīng)該強(qiáng)調(diào)的可用性目標(biāo)和用戶體驗?zāi)繕?biāo)。 為了改變這一現(xiàn)狀,本文從兒童用戶的角度出發(fā),以人機(jī)交互學(xué)理論及現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法學(xué)為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合可用性工程、設(shè)計心理學(xué)、設(shè)計藝術(shù)學(xué)等各學(xué)科的知識,分析與兒童網(wǎng)站界面設(shè)計的相關(guān)因素,提煉出具有友好用戶體驗的兒童界面設(shè)計的人性化、個性化原則要求以及達(dá)到這些要求需要解決的問題;并通過對目前在企業(yè)中廣泛使用的兩種人機(jī)界面設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行分析和比較研究,提出了一種以兒童用戶為中心,基于兒童用戶情景的循環(huán)迭代界面設(shè)計方法。 基于兒童用戶情景的循環(huán)迭代設(shè)計方法強(qiáng)調(diào)在設(shè)計初期確立兒童用戶和市場的需求。通過大量的市場調(diào)研,在對兒童、父母的認(rèn)知特征、社會特征全面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立典型用戶模型(Persona),確定用戶的目標(biāo),構(gòu)建使用場景和用戶任務(wù)書。在整個設(shè)計過程中,本文提出進(jìn)行多次“設(shè)計-評估-設(shè)計”循環(huán)迭代的設(shè)計方式,建立低保真原型和高保真原型,使設(shè)計開發(fā)者、可用性專家、兒童用戶、父母根據(jù)不同的原型方式有序的參與到測試和評估中,多方的信息反饋使設(shè)計的結(jié)果趨于最優(yōu)。 最后,本文以中國少年雛鷹網(wǎng)的界面改良設(shè)計為實例,利用基于兒童用戶情景的循環(huán)迭代界面設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行了初步應(yīng)用驗證,以檢驗該方法的合理性、可行性以及能否有效地輔助兒童網(wǎng)站的人機(jī)界面設(shè)計;谟脩羟榫暗难h(huán)迭代界面設(shè)計方法在兒童網(wǎng)站的界面設(shè)計中,有效地避免了設(shè)計中用戶研究數(shù)據(jù)與界面設(shè)計、界面設(shè)計與可用性測試評估相脫節(jié)的設(shè)計現(xiàn)狀,可以幫助設(shè)計師更好的完成兒童網(wǎng)站界面的可用性目標(biāo)和用戶體驗友好目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The theme of this paper is the interface design method of children's website. Today, the Internet is so advanced in science and technology that it has become a part of the living environment that surrounds children closely: their daily lives, their study, their entertainment, their friendships, and so on are all connected, and many times, The network gives them the motivation and the possibility to start an activity. However, the existing children's website interface in our country has a lot of not like the meaning of children: too much information and bloated website, disorderly content division, lengthy large text, too much unsuitable advertising link. The main reason is that in some aspects designers fail to achieve the usability goals and user experience goals that children's web interface should emphasize. In order to change this situation, this paper, based on the theory of human-computer interaction and modern design methodology, combines the knowledge of usability engineering, design psychology, design art and so on from the point of view of children's users. By analyzing the relevant factors related to the design of children's website interface, the humanization, individuation principle and problems to be solved in children's interface design with friendly user experience are abstracted. Through the analysis and comparative study of two kinds of man-machine interface design methods which are widely used in enterprises at present, this paper puts forward a kind of cycle iterative interface design method based on the children user center and based on the children's user situation. A cyclic iterative design approach based on child user scenarios emphasizes establishing the needs of child users and markets in the early stages of design. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the cognitive and social characteristics of children and parents, a typical user model was established to determine the user's goal, and to construct the usage scene and user's task book through a lot of market research. During the whole design process, this paper puts forward the design method of "Design-assessment-Design" cycle iteration, and builds low fidelity prototype and high fidelity prototype, so that design developers, usability experts, children users, Parents participate in the testing and evaluation according to different prototypes in an orderly manner, and the results of the design tend to be optimal by the feedback from many parties. Finally, this paper takes the interface improvement design of Chinese juvenile nestling net as an example, and uses the cyclic iterative interface design method based on the children's user situation to carry on the preliminary application verification, in order to test the rationality of the method. The feasibility and the ability to effectively assist the children website design of the human-machine interface. The method of cyclic iterative interface design based on user scenarios can effectively avoid the disconnection between user research data and interface design, interface design and usability evaluation in the design of children's website. Can help designers to better achieve children's web interface usability goals and user experience friendly goals.
