基于山西醋文化的老陳醋包裝設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:山西老陳醋是中國(guó)四大名醋之一,也是國(guó)家重點(diǎn)保護(hù)的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)之一,以其色、香、醇、濃、酸五大特征著稱于世。如何有效整理挖掘在悠久的歷史發(fā)展中形成的山西醋文化,并為山西老陳醋的包裝設(shè)計(jì)注入時(shí)代的活力,成為一個(gè)長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)困擾山西醋業(yè),困擾包裝設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)的重要課題。本論文基于這樣的考量,針對(duì)這一選題進(jìn)行研究。論文分為六章:第一章為緒論,闡述課題研究的內(nèi)容、方法以及目的、意義;第二章為山西老陳醋文化概述,以歷史起源與發(fā)展、地道的釀造工藝、營(yíng)養(yǎng)組成與功用、多維的文化呈現(xiàn)等四個(gè)角度展開(kāi)陳述;第三章為山西老陳醋傳統(tǒng)包裝歷史演變,以器形包裝的角度分陶器時(shí)期、瓷器時(shí)期、編織器時(shí)期、玻璃器時(shí)期、塑料器時(shí)期等五個(gè)階段進(jìn)行分析;第四章為山西老陳醋包裝的現(xiàn)狀分析,通過(guò)對(duì)山西老陳醋包裝的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前存在的問(wèn)題是:文化內(nèi)涵挖掘不足,品牌推廣意識(shí)淡薄,缺乏個(gè)性,過(guò)度包裝,缺乏時(shí)代感。第五章為山西老陳醋包裝設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新思路,提出六點(diǎn)主張:即提取文化元素、完善PIS系統(tǒng)、凸顯個(gè)性差異、強(qiáng)化綠色理念、拓展附加價(jià)值、增強(qiáng)時(shí)代感。第六章為山西老陳醋包裝的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,以“上水井”產(chǎn)品的包裝設(shè)計(jì)為例,在品牌策劃背景的基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行包裝的PIS系統(tǒng)整合,從視覺(jué)主體、主色調(diào)、主訴求、廣告語(yǔ)、氣質(zhì)表現(xiàn)等多方面打造包裝的個(gè)性形象。本文試圖充分把握和分析山西老陳醋文化的特質(zhì),以及其包裝形態(tài)的歷史發(fā)展,在市場(chǎng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上找出目前問(wèn)題的癥結(jié)所在,進(jìn)而針對(duì)性地展開(kāi)積極有效的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),是對(duì)于地方特產(chǎn)包裝設(shè)計(jì)的個(gè)案研究與創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐嘗試。
[Abstract]:Shanxi Old vinegar is one of the four famous vinegar in China and one of the intangible cultural heritage protected by the state. It is famous in the world for its five characteristics: color, fragrance, alcohol, concentration and acid. How to effectively sort out Shanxi vinegar culture formed in the long history of development and inject the vitality of the times into the packaging design of Shanxi aged vinegar has become an important subject that has troubled Shanxi vinegar industry and packaging design industry for a long time. Based on this consideration, this paper studies this topic. The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, the content, method, purpose and significance of the research, the second chapter is an overview of Shanxi's aged vinegar culture, with the historical origin and development, authentic brewing technology, nutrition composition and function. The third chapter is the historical evolution of the traditional packaging of Shanxi aged vinegar, which is divided into ceramic period, porcelain period, knitting period, glass period and so on. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the current situation of Shanxi aged vinegar packaging. Through the market investigation of Shanxi aged vinegar packaging, it is found that the existing problems are: insufficient excavation of cultural connotation, weak brand promotion consciousness, Lack of personality, excessive packaging, lack of sense of the times. The fifth chapter is the innovative way of packaging design of Shanxi Old vinegar, and puts forward six propositions: to extract cultural elements, to perfect PIS system, to highlight individual differences, to strengthen the green concept, to expand the added value, and to enhance the sense of the times. The sixth chapter is the innovative design practice of Shanxi aged vinegar packaging, taking the packaging design of "Shangjing" product as an example, on the basis of the background of brand planning, the PIS system integration of packaging is emphasized, from the visual subject, the main tone, the main appeal, the advertising language. Temperament performance and other aspects to create the packaging of the personality image. This paper attempts to fully grasp and analyze the characteristics of Shanxi's old vinegar culture and the historical development of its packaging form, find out the crux of the current problems on the basis of market analysis, and then launch a positive and effective innovative design. It is a case study and innovative practice of local specialty packaging design.
