【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)與城市建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展,開發(fā)、保護(hù)和管理夜間光環(huán)境已經(jīng)成為建設(shè)與管理現(xiàn)代化城市的重要課題。 2009年5-6月對蘇州五個片區(qū)的夜間光環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實際調(diào)查與測量,包括道路照度、亮度測量,居住區(qū)、休閑區(qū)及商業(yè)區(qū)照度測量,廣告燈箱亮度測量,建筑物與廣告標(biāo)志照明數(shù)量類型調(diào)查,以及問卷調(diào)查。 將蘇州五個片區(qū)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理和對比分析,總結(jié)出蘇州各片區(qū)主要光環(huán)境問題包括道路亮度均勻度差和部分亮度過高、廣告標(biāo)志牌雜亂、綠化照明亮度過高、居住區(qū)照度不足和均勻度差、商業(yè)街霓虹燈較多和照度不足、公園照度偏低等。產(chǎn)生這些問題的主要原因有樹木遮擋、缺乏設(shè)計、缺少可參照的規(guī)范、管理不完善、燈具陳舊或損壞、市民環(huán)保意識薄弱等。與2006年光環(huán)境狀況進(jìn)行對比得出結(jié)論,蘇州近年主要光環(huán)境變化包括道路照度均勻度下降、新改造道路照度偏高、廣告標(biāo)志數(shù)量增多、居住區(qū)光環(huán)境質(zhì)量下降、受光污染市民數(shù)量增多等。最后提出了解決問題的對策建議,包括提高規(guī)劃設(shè)計水平、制定相關(guān)文件、加強(qiáng)管理、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才和增強(qiáng)環(huán)保意識等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and urban construction, the development, protection and management of the night light environment has become an important issue in the construction and management of modern cities. From May to June 2009, the present situation of light environment at night in five areas of Suzhou was investigated and measured, including road illumination, luminance measurement, residential area, leisure area and commercial area illumination measurement, advertising light box luminance measurement, etc. A survey of the number of lighting types of buildings and advertising signs, as well as a questionnaire survey. The investigation data of five districts in Suzhou are analyzed and analyzed, and the main light environment problems in Suzhou are summarized, such as poor and partial brightness of roads, clutter of advertising signs, and high brightness of green lighting. The illumination of residential area is insufficient and evenness, the neon light of commercial street is more and less, the illumination of park is low, etc. The main causes of these problems are tree occlusion, lack of design, lack of referential norms, imperfect management, outdated or damaged lamps and lanterns, weak awareness of environmental protection among citizens and so on. Compared with the light environment in 2006, the main changes of light environment in Suzhou in recent years include the decrease of road illumination uniformity, the high illumination of newly modified roads, the increase of advertising signs, and the decline of light environment quality in residential areas. The number of citizens exposed to light pollution has increased. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems are put forward, including improving the level of planning and design, drawing up relevant documents, strengthening management, training professionals and strengthening the awareness of environmental protection, etc.
