【摘要】：工業(yè)建筑作為紛繁蕪雜的建筑類型中的一種特殊建筑，長期以來，受經(jīng)濟條件及經(jīng)營者、設(shè)計者思想認識等因素的影響，其設(shè)計常常僅滿足工藝要求和結(jié)構(gòu)要求，而忽略了其外部形象的重要性，這就導(dǎo)致了國內(nèi)現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑“千廠一面”、乏味生硬的局面。 目前，國家“十二五”規(guī)劃對工業(yè)發(fā)展提出了明確的目標，工業(yè)建筑類型和數(shù)量也越來越多，工業(yè)建筑逐漸成為快速發(fā)展的城市形象的重要組成部分。同時，經(jīng)濟的提高和社會的發(fā)展使人們的審美情趣以及對工作環(huán)境舒適性的要求越來越高，企業(yè)競爭的加劇也使得企業(yè)要求工業(yè)建筑外部形象要具有一定的標識性和廣告效益。然而，現(xiàn)在的工業(yè)建筑外部形象設(shè)計普遍存在著沒有充分考慮城市形象的需要，忽略“人性化”的需求和無標識性等問題。因此，對工業(yè)建筑外部形象設(shè)計進行研究能夠?qū)ξ覈F(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計起到很好的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。 本文通過對工業(yè)建筑外部形象特征歷時演變過程的總結(jié)，分析了工業(yè)建筑隨著時代、科技和社會的發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的巨大變化。同時對工業(yè)建筑外部形象設(shè)計所遵循的原則和常用手法進行分析闡述，為涇渭工業(yè)園建筑單體外部形象的設(shè)計研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和理論依據(jù)，使最終的設(shè)計成果能夠更好的滿足城市形象的需要；能夠為人們營造舒適的工作環(huán)境；能夠充分展示企業(yè)形象和地域文化。文章通過對涇渭工業(yè)園建筑單體外部形象設(shè)計過程及成果的研究，力圖總結(jié)出適用中小型工業(yè)建筑單體外部形象設(shè)計的原則和方法，使其能夠更好的與快速發(fā)展的城市環(huán)境相融合，滿足人們使用的舒適性和審美情趣的需求，，同時使工業(yè)建筑外部形象具有一定的標識性，能夠符合企業(yè)廣告定位的要求，以期對我國現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑外部形象設(shè)計提供有益的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Industrial architecture, as one of the complicated architectural types, has long been affected by economic conditions, operators, designers and other factors, its design often only meets the requirements of technology and structure. Ignoring the importance of its external image, this led to the domestic modern industrial building "thousands of factories", boring and stiff situation. At present, the national "12th Five-Year Plan" has put forward the clear goal to the industrial development, the industrial building type and the quantity also more and more, the industrial building gradually becomes the fast development city image important component. At the same time, with the improvement of economy and the development of society, people's aesthetic interest and the requirement of working environment comfort are more and more high. The aggravation of the enterprise competition also makes the enterprise request the industrial building exterior image to have the certain mark and the advertisement benefit. However, there are many problems in the exterior image design of industrial buildings, such as not fully considering the needs of city image, ignoring the need of "humanization" and unmarking. Therefore, the study on the external image design of industrial buildings can be a good reference and guidance for modern industrial architecture design in China. By summarizing the diachronic evolution of the external image characteristics of industrial buildings, this paper analyzes the great changes of industrial buildings with the development of times, science, technology and society. At the same time, the principles and common methods of external image design of industrial buildings are analyzed and expounded, which provides a theoretical basis and theoretical basis for the design and study of the external image of Jingwei Industrial Park. So that the final design results can better meet the needs of the city image; can create a comfortable working environment for people; can fully show the corporate image and regional culture. Through the research on the design process and achievement of the external image of the building monomer in Jingwei Industrial Park, this paper tries to sum up the principles and methods of the external image design for the medium and small industrial building. So that it can better integrate with the rapid development of the urban environment, meet the needs of comfort and aesthetic taste used by people, at the same time, make the external image of industrial buildings have a certain identity, can meet the requirements of advertising positioning. In order to provide a useful reference for the external image design of modern industrial buildings in China.
