【摘要】: 本文立足于國(guó)內(nèi)外消費(fèi)倫理觀念體系發(fā)展的進(jìn)程和現(xiàn)狀,從國(guó)內(nèi)外消費(fèi)倫理研究進(jìn)程和現(xiàn)狀梳理入手,提出消費(fèi)的道德追問(wèn)和倫理維度,消費(fèi)倫理在社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中顯性作用,提出適應(yīng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代消費(fèi)倫理和機(jī)制構(gòu)建。 什么是消費(fèi)倫理?當(dāng)前主要有三種看法。第一種看法,是從倫理學(xué)的角度來(lái)理解消費(fèi)倫理。認(rèn)為消費(fèi)倫理就是關(guān)于人們消費(fèi)生活和消費(fèi)活動(dòng)的道德觀念,以及人們對(duì)這種道德觀念的認(rèn)知和判斷。第二種看法,是從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度來(lái)理解消費(fèi)倫理。認(rèn)為消費(fèi)倫理就是由消費(fèi)活動(dòng)運(yùn)行的內(nèi)在規(guī)律原則提升的道德價(jià)值體系。第三種看法,是從倫理學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)結(jié)合的角度來(lái)理解消費(fèi)倫理,認(rèn)為應(yīng)將倫理的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能和消費(fèi)的倫理意義有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái)。 本文試圖從消費(fèi)倫理發(fā)展史中,將消費(fèi)倫理在社會(huì)發(fā)展的隱性作用顯性化,把正確的消費(fèi)倫理觀念當(dāng)作一種社會(huì)發(fā)展資源研究,提出適應(yīng)我國(guó)現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代消費(fèi)倫理內(nèi)容和培育這種消費(fèi)倫理的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的體制和機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)。消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理不僅涉及到國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的宏觀調(diào)控,還涉及到企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)、銷售、廣告等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)在道德方面的認(rèn)知與自我約束,而且還關(guān)涉到個(gè)人在生活方式、物質(zhì)消費(fèi)上的道德選擇。在消費(fèi)倫理領(lǐng)域中經(jīng)濟(jì)主體如何理解消費(fèi)欲望與道德要求之間的關(guān)系,如何處理兩者之間的沖突?消費(fèi)倫理應(yīng)不應(yīng)是作為對(duì)個(gè)體行為的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而應(yīng)被視為在一個(gè)對(duì)所有經(jīng)濟(jì)主體都有約束力的外圍條件中起作用的重要因素。每個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)主體的道德義務(wù)也要求積極參與消費(fèi)制度與規(guī)則的改革。 本文的架構(gòu)如下:第一章是導(dǎo)言,選題的背景,文獻(xiàn)綜述和提出消費(fèi)的道德維度。第二章在對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的反思中,提出經(jīng)濟(jì)人性正義化的現(xiàn)代消費(fèi)倫理的構(gòu)建原則和形成機(jī)制。第三章介紹現(xiàn)代消費(fèi)倫理和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,提出消費(fèi)倫理道德的社會(huì)資源性和對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意義。第四章詳細(xì)介紹現(xiàn)代消費(fèi)倫理構(gòu)建機(jī)制,從社會(huì)機(jī)制和文化引導(dǎo)兩方面論述。第五章是總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:This paper, based on the development process and present situation of the domestic and foreign consumption ethics system, starts with the research process and present situation of consumption ethics at home and abroad, and puts forward the moral inquiry and ethical dimension of consumption, and the dominant role of consumption ethics in the process of social development, and puts forward the construction of modern consumption ethics and mechanism adapting to the sustainable development of China's economy.
What is consumption ethics? There are three main views at present. The first view is to understand consumption ethics from the perspective of ethics. It is considered that consumer ethics is the moral concept of people's consumption and consumption activities, as well as people's cognition and judgment about this moral concept. The second view is to understand consumer ethics from the economic perspective. The third view is to understand consumption ethics from the angle of combination of ethics and economics, and think that the economic function of ethics should be organically combined with the ethical meaning of consumption.
In the history of the development of consumer ethics, this article attempts to make the consumption ethics explicit in the recessive role of social development, and to take the correct consumption ethics as a kind of social development resource research, and to put forward the modern consumption ethics content and the economic and social system and mechanism to cultivate this kind of consumption ethics. Design. Consumer economic ethics not only involves the macroeconomic regulation and control of the national economic policy, but also involves the moral cognition and self-restraint of enterprises in the aspects of production, sales and advertising. It also involves the moral choice of individual in the way of life and material consumption.
