定制化人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)庫(kù)技術(shù)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:制造業(yè)企業(yè)只有不斷開(kāi)發(fā)各種個(gè)性化定制產(chǎn)品,以滿足人們?nèi)找嬖黾拥膫(gè)性化需求,才能贏得生存與發(fā)展。當(dāng)前,一類與人像有關(guān)的定制化產(chǎn)品正逐漸形成一個(gè)新興產(chǎn)業(yè),該產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)就是如何快速依據(jù)二維圖像建立相似度高的三維模型。目前人像三維建模最重要的方法是基于圖像的人像建模,已被廣泛應(yīng)用于影視、廣告、游戲、人物動(dòng)畫(huà)等領(lǐng)域。然而,現(xiàn)有方法主要依靠圖像的特征點(diǎn)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型的宏觀變形,設(shè)計(jì)師再依據(jù)圖像一筆一劃地修改模型細(xì)節(jié),建模效率較低。由于,各個(gè)人像產(chǎn)品具有一定共性和相同部位,因此,可以首先利用知識(shí)庫(kù)技術(shù)來(lái)加速人像產(chǎn)品共性特征的建模,減少不同人像建模的重復(fù)工作量。本文就是圍繞如何將知識(shí)庫(kù)技術(shù)引入定制化人像產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)而展開(kāi)研究,以提高人像產(chǎn)品建模效率,為其產(chǎn)業(yè)化提供一種理論方法和技術(shù)支持。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面: 首先,研究了人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)的獲取。通過(guò)分析知識(shí)的類型及其獲取方式和獲取步驟,根據(jù)人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)的內(nèi)容分析了該領(lǐng)域知識(shí)的特點(diǎn)及其分類,經(jīng)過(guò)問(wèn)題識(shí)別、概念化、形式化、實(shí)現(xiàn)及檢驗(yàn)五個(gè)階段最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)的獲取,,并給出了人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)的部分規(guī)則。 其次,研究了人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)的表示。通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)有的知識(shí)表示方法——產(chǎn)生式、框架和面向?qū)ο蟮戎R(shí)表示方法及其特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合對(duì)人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)的分析,提出了適合該領(lǐng)域知識(shí)表示的混合知識(shí)表示法,即運(yùn)用面向?qū)ο笏枷敕庋b產(chǎn)生式、框架而形成的表示方法,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)的表示,并分別給出了人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)中規(guī)則知識(shí)和實(shí)例知識(shí)的表示形式。 然后,研究了人像產(chǎn)品三維建模知識(shí)庫(kù)的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)有人像產(chǎn)品三維建模系統(tǒng)的不足,并結(jié)合本課題組已開(kāi)發(fā)的人像產(chǎn)品三維建模支持系統(tǒng),在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板與篩選算法的人像產(chǎn)品快速建模方法;將此方法作為知識(shí)庫(kù)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)集成到人像產(chǎn)品三維建模支持系統(tǒng)中,論述了集成知識(shí)庫(kù)技術(shù)的人像產(chǎn)品三維建模系統(tǒng)在人像產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用。 最后,將基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板與篩選算法的人像產(chǎn)品快速建模方法集成到基于圖像的三維人像產(chǎn)品建模設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)中,并在定制化真人工藝品項(xiàng)目中得到應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了該人像建模方法的有效性。案例結(jié)果表明,本文研究的方法和開(kāi)發(fā)的建模系統(tǒng)具有良好的應(yīng)用效果,不僅明顯地提高了建模的效率,也在一定程度上提高了建模的相似度。
[Abstract]:In order to win survival and development, manufacturing enterprises must develop various individualized products to meet the increasing demand of individuation. At present, a class of customized products related to human images is gradually forming a new industry. The key technology of this industry is how to quickly build 3D models with high similarity based on two-dimensional images. At present, the most important method of 3D modeling of portrait is image-based portrait modeling, which has been widely used in film and television, advertising, games, character animation and other fields. However, the existing methods mainly rely on the feature points of the image to carry out the macroscopic deformation of the standard model. The designer modifies the details of the model one stroke at a time according to the image, so the modeling efficiency is relatively low. Because each portrait product has certain commonness and the same part, so we can use the knowledge base technology to accelerate the modeling of the common characteristics of the portrait product, and reduce the duplicate workload of the different portrait modeling. This paper focuses on how to introduce knowledge base technology into customized portrait product development in order to improve the efficiency of human image product modeling and provide a theoretical method and technical support for its industrialization. The research mainly includes the following aspects: Firstly, the acquisition of 3D modeling knowledge of portrait products is studied. By analyzing the types of knowledge, their acquisition methods and acquisition steps, according to the content of 3D modeling knowledge of portrait products, this paper analyzes the characteristics and classification of knowledge in this field, through problem identification, conceptualization, formalization, Finally, the acquisition of 3D modeling knowledge of humanoid products is realized in the five stages of realization and testing, and some rules of 3D modeling knowledge of humanoid products are given. Secondly, the representation of 3D modeling knowledge of portrait products is studied. Based on the analysis of the existing knowledge representation methods, such as production, framework and object oriented, and combining with the analysis of the content and characteristics of 3D modeling knowledge of portrait products, In this paper, a hybrid knowledge representation method suitable for knowledge representation in this field is proposed, that is, the representation method formed by using object oriented thought to encapsulate the production style and the framework, and finally realize the representation of 3D modeling knowledge of human portrait products. The representation forms of rule knowledge and case knowledge in 3D modeling knowledge of portrait products are given respectively. Then, the function realization of 3D modeling knowledge base of portrait product is studied. Based on the analysis of the deficiency of the existing 3D modeling system of portrait product and the 3D modeling support system of human portrait product which has been developed by our research group, This paper presents a rapid modeling method of human portrait product based on standard template and screening algorithm, which is integrated into 3D modeling support system of portrait product as a key technology of knowledge base. This paper discusses the application of 3D modeling system of human portrait product based on integrated knowledge base technology in the process of portrait product development. Finally, the rapid modeling method based on standard template and screening algorithm is integrated into the 3D human portrait product modeling and design system based on image, and applied in the customized human handicraft project. The validity of the method is verified. The results of the case show that the method and modeling system developed in this paper have good application effect, which not only obviously improve the efficiency of modeling, but also improve the similarity of modeling to a certain extent.
