【摘要】： 隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體正迅速蠶食傳統(tǒng)媒體的受眾和廣告市場(chǎng),各種傳統(tǒng)媒體都密切關(guān)注互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展并尋求發(fā)展旗下網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體之路,美國(guó)百年大報(bào)——《基督教科學(xué)箴言報(bào)》將于2009年4月起停止紙質(zhì)發(fā)行轉(zhuǎn)而成為電子日?qǐng)?bào),廈門(mén)日?qǐng)?bào)社主辦的“廈門(mén)網(wǎng)”已成為廈門(mén)地方門(mén)戶(hù)網(wǎng)站,電視媒體借助視頻優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)擠身商業(yè)網(wǎng)站:“央視網(wǎng)”借北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻轉(zhuǎn)播之機(jī),一躍成為2008年最風(fēng)光的國(guó)內(nèi)視頻網(wǎng)站,鳳凰衛(wèi)視開(kāi)設(shè)的“鳳凰網(wǎng)”已成為國(guó)內(nèi)訪問(wèn)量最大的十大網(wǎng)站之一。 盡管廣電媒體已有“央視網(wǎng)”、“鳳凰網(wǎng)”這樣網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體的旗幟,地方廣電媒體網(wǎng)站依然落后于整個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展速度。近年來(lái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視音頻技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)條件日益改善,播客等應(yīng)用的不斷出現(xiàn),視音頻網(wǎng)站已成為當(dāng)今網(wǎng)民最熱衷訪問(wèn)的網(wǎng)站類(lèi)型,地方廣電媒體豐富的視音頻資源為旗下網(wǎng)站突出視音頻應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 本文研究了廈門(mén)廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)視音頻廣播VOD系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、基于POCLE系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)站播客系統(tǒng)及基于OPENV視頻搜索功能的應(yīng)用。廈門(mén)廣電VOD系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)了傳統(tǒng)VOD系統(tǒng)的虛擬直播功能,采用了DRM數(shù)字版權(quán)管理,完善了節(jié)目、用戶(hù)和廣告管理模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的商用價(jià)值,應(yīng)用了CDN技術(shù)和P2P技術(shù)改善帶寬壓力,并引入播客和視頻搜索功能進(jìn)一步豐富了網(wǎng)絡(luò)視音頻技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。文中還分析了各系統(tǒng)與應(yīng)用的缺陷,提出了改進(jìn)性意見(jiàn),還就如何融合各系統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì),提供整體性網(wǎng)絡(luò)視音頻服務(wù)提出了自己的見(jiàn)解。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the network media is rapidly eroding the audience and advertising market of traditional media. All kinds of traditional media pay close attention to the development of the Internet and seek the way to develop its network media. The American century-old newspaper Christian Science Monitor will stop its paper distribution and turn it into an electronic daily newspaper in April 2009. Xiamen Daily has become a local portal in Xiamen. Television media with the advantage of video into the crowded commercial website: "CCTV" through the Beijing Olympic Games network video broadcast opportunities, became the 2008 most beautiful domestic video site, Phoenix Satellite TV opened "Phoenix New Media" has become one of the top ten most visited websites in China. Despite the banners of new online media such as CCTV and Phoenix New Media, local radio and television media sites are still lagging behind the development of the Internet industry as a whole. In recent years, with the rapid development of network video and audio technology, the improvement of network basic conditions and the continuous emergence of applications such as podcast, video and audio websites have become the most popular type of websites visited by Internet users. Local radio and television media rich video and audio resources for its websites highlight video and audio applications laid the foundation. This paper studies the design of VOD system of Xiamen Radio and Television Network Video and Audio Broadcasting, the website podcast system based on POCLE system and the application of OPENV video search function. Xiamen Radio and Television VOD system has improved the virtual direct broadcast function of traditional VOD system, adopted DRM digital rights management, perfected the program, user and advertisement management module, and realized the commercial value of the system. The application of CDN and P2P technology to improve the bandwidth pressure, and the introduction of podcasting and video search further enriched the application of network video and audio technology. This paper also analyzes the defects of each system and application, puts forward some suggestions for improvement, and puts forward some opinions on how to integrate the advantages of each system and provide the whole network video and audio service.
